Fabricating and erecting in position of 8Nos of tubular trusses of 9m span with 40mm dia. Painting new iron work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour over one coat of primer in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour charges, brushes and scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specifications. (The paint should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing of 40 X 6mm G.I Flat over the galvalume sheet roofing which is placed on the top of Purlin in the longitudinal direction to avoid the lifting of roofing during heavy wind. The rate is inclusive of GI screws 75mm length with rubber and aluminium washer, drilling hole over GI Flat to hold the sheet and purlin with necessary adhesive flashing tap directly over the galvalume sheet including labour charges for fixing, conveyance, loading, unloading and cutting etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of Steel Door (Single Leaves) with the following specification MS angels of size 40 x 40 x 6mm are used for the outer frames and MS angles of size 35 x 35 x 5mm for the shutter frames stiffeners with 32 x 6mm MS flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frame. 18 gauge CR sheet laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact. MS flat 18 x 5mm is welded over the 32 x 6mm MS flat sand witching the CR sheet in between additional stiffeners with 18 x 5mm MS flat is provided diagonally at the rear side of the shutter, 3 Nos. of hinges in case of single leaf and 6 Nos. of hinges in double leaves shutter to be provided. 6 Nos. of hold fasts 300mm in length made of angle section spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. Tower bolts 2 Nos., one at the top and the other at the bottom are provided. 250 x 16mm size of two aldrops are provided in single leaf door at lock rail section in the door for inner and outer provided and one rotating locking arrangements for the inner side of the door and additional provision for locking.

Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing in position Steel windows of outer frames and shutter frames shall be made out of steel sections confirming to IS.7452/1990 t of ‘Z’ Section (F.7D) of size 25mmx20mmx3mm and mullions are made of (F4B) ‘J’ sections of size 46mmx25mmx3mm and sash bars shall be made of ‘T’ section (T2) of size 25mmx22mmx3mm. Supply and fixing of continues sandwich Puf panels 50mm thick either as single piece Pre-fabricated, modular, factory made units which consist of an insulating layer of rigid polyurethane loam between two layers of metal sheets, comprises of puf bonded between two sheets of pre-coated G.I sheets of 0.5mm thick to produce straight to finish panels with all necessary fixtures to complete the work in all respects. The rate is inclusive of design, shop drawing preparation, submission for approval etc., and also inclusive of any other incidental charges such as lifting using grain, labour charges for erection, cost of all materials involved and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing Solid PVC door shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock bottom rails the steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheet for paneling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x30mm. The over all size of top rail lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mmx30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mmx45mm with suitable shutter.

Dadooing the walls with glazed tiles of size 305mmx200mmx6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:2, 10mm and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 kg/sq.m neatly in all floors, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
