REPAIR TO WATER RISING MAINS, CONTROL PANEL AT WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATIONS AND CLEANING SEWAGE INSTALLATION, OVERHEAD AND UNDERGROUND STORAGE INCLUDING REPAIR TO SEWAGE PUMP AND ACCESSORIES AT AF STATION CHANDIGARH UNDER GE (AF) CHANDIGARH

Taking out carefully submersible pump set upto 52 HP from tube well (for repair of pump/ motor/ replacement of column pipe/ submersible cable etc.) complete with submersible motor, column pipes; any No. and size, submersible cable; any size and length from tube well at approx depth 120 mtr without damaging pump motor, submersible cable and column pipe, storing of column pipe and submersible cable properly, transporting of pump set to workshop for repair and bringing back after repairs, lowering of serviceable pump set with column pipes and cable upto required depth, connecting electrically with delivery line etc. complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Cost of T&P (Small or special) required for taking out pump set is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. Any damage to pump set, submersible cable of tube well housing shall be make good by the contractor without any extra cost. (ii) Unserviceable submersible pump set shall be taken out from the bore well on the same day of receipt of complaint from department and serviceable pump set held with department shall be lowered simultaneously to ensure the minimum breakdown period for water supply. Contractor not attending the breakdown after receipt of complaint on telephone shall be charged Rs. 10000/- from his RAR clearly mentioning date and location of breakdown not attended by contractor. Breakdown shall be got rectified/ attended directly from the market by the department at the risk and cost of the contractor.

M&L for strip opening of unserviceable submersible motor of capacity 40HP, 3 phase, 440 volts, 50 Hz, 2900 RPM and rewinding to stator with PVC insulated copper winding wire including sleeves, thimbles & minor spare parts like bronze bushes, gland packing etc. and re-assembling to the same motor after repair work complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Supply only of major spares shall be measured and paid for separately.

All as per item No. 2.00 above but submersible motor of capacity 30HP.

All as per item No. 2.00 above but submersible motor of capacity 10HP to 25HP.

All as per item No. 2.00 above but submersible motor of capacity 5 HP TO 10HP.

All as per item No. 2.00 above but sewage submersible motor of capacity 12.5 HP TO 15HP.

Supply only thrust bearing housing alongwith thrust bearing plate for submersible pump 40HP complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only thrust bearing housing alongwith thrust bearing plate for submersible pump 30HP complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only thrust bearing housing alongwith thrust bearing plate for sewage submersible pump 12.5HP to 15HP complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only motor bearing bush for submersible pump 40HP all as specified and as directed.
