Road Works Heading

Cleaning and grubbing of road land includign uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shurbs, sapling and trees of girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unservicible material and stacking of servicible material to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000m as per Technical specification Clause 201.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (i) Private Land.

Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulder with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporating to site, spreading, grading to required slope and complacting to meet required of table 300.2 (including compansation of earth) i) Private Land

Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Water Bound Macadam:- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to WBM specification includign spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with vibrator 80-100KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, requisite type of screening / binding materials t ofill up the interslices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the requried density. Grading-III (A) By manual Means (c. using screening type B) 11.2mm aggregate

Interlocking concrete Block pavement:- Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement (M40) having thickness 80mm as per technical specification clause 1504 (inclusive of Edge restraint and carriage)

Traffic Sign:- Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC: 67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3. fixed over aluminium sheeting 2mm thick with area not exeeding 0.9sqm supported on a mild steel single iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600mm, 600mm below ground level as per approved drawing and technical specification clause 1701. i) 60cm equilateral traingle

Providing and fixing of typical informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specification and drawing three MS plates of 1.6mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos 75mm x 75mm x 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embeded in cement concrete M15 graded blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm x 12 SWG steel plate tube. All MS will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc will be painted with ready moxed synthetic enamal paint of superior equality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1

Planting of Trees and their Maintenance for three year (Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60 m dia holes, 1m deep dug in the ground mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/ sludge mannure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trenches, watering, fixing the tree guatrd and maintaining the plants for three year.
