Demolition of unreinforced concrete as in roof treatment including removal of existing roof treatment and removing of all rubbish off the premises and cleaning throughly, washed with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) for providing cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges as for padding including mixing with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding all quoins, arches, pillasters, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed and precast concrete articles, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius, built in cement motar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, plastered surfaces finishing fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as on slab plastered surfaces finishing fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (WPC) confirming to IS-2645 and as approved complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment with APP based standard membrane over PCC padding as on roof with the following courses of treatment complete all as specified and as directed as follows:- (a) Apply bituminous primer @ 1.20 Kg per sqm of the surface area including cleaning the surfaces. (b) Apply 3mm thick APP plastomeric bitumen based mineral finished water proofing membrane polyster reinforced (4kg/sqm) with 10cm over laps at joints and laid with LPG torch over lap sealed and finished neat including surface preparation before and after application of treatment as per manufactures instruction. (c) The finished surface be given bituminous based aluminium paint as per manufacturer's instructions.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of old treated wall surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion anti-fungal paint (CAMOUFLAGE PATTERN) over one coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation old existing distempered surface of wall by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion (oil bound washable distemper) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment by rubbing down of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resistant priming paint over and including layer of 2mm thick (average thickness) wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing confirming Fe-410W (Gde E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 1.60mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in hearths; covering to door shutters; covering to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods; water tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40mm lap joints or welded/riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required complete all as per specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (first grade quality) over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first grade quality) complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) as in ground floors or pavings not exc. 15cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of gauge not exc. 63mm, broken stone or boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers n. exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor, paving, path finished the surface of concrete pavement by broming including necessary steel formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks of mild steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of rotational moulded polyethylene (HDPE) water storage tank of 500 litre capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top), black in colour, three layered construction, hoisted and fixed in position all specified in MES Schedule Part-I, including dismantling of old existing water storage tank with float valve of any description complete all as specified and as approved.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, etc. but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator, 2Nos canopies, shackels and accessories including nut, bolts, washers, etc. 230 volt, 1200mm sweep, min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE, Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) all including all connection required to connect a fan complete all as specified and as directed
