Material and labour for repair to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exceeding 400sqm and depth exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) of granite, trap or basalt, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber required with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller all as specified.

All as per item No 3.00 here in before but except materials complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Material obtained from item No 2.00 here in before shall be used.

Material and labour for preparation of unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc. and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen of grade VG-10) @ 10 Kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose, dirt, etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen VG 10 Grade) @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for open graded premixed carpeting 40 mm thick using waste plastic( 8 % by weight of bitumen) coated aggregates and bituminous binder of grade VG-30 as per IRC SP 98 2013. The aggregates for bituminous carpet 40mm thick open graded shall be composed of 13.2 mm graded size @0.36 cum per 10 sqm and 11.2 mm graded aggregate size @ 0.18 cum per 10 sqm, preheating aggregates to the required temperature and mixing with 2.336 Kg shredded plastic ( 8% waste processed plastic by weight shall be used for coating aggregate after heating ) and finally mixing with bituminous binder @ 26.864 per 10 sqm (i.e. 92% bitumen) and all as per IRC SP 98 2013, laying to required camber and gradient and rolling and finishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premixed sand seal coat using paving bitumen @ 6.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.06 Cum of sand and well rammed (paving bitumen of grade VG-30), rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to uniform smooth surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tone capacity power roller (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen (VG 30 Grade) @ 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads pavement and the line not exceeding 10cm wide with road marking paint white/golden yellow colour including cleaning the surface thoroughly and removing all dirt dust complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earth filling on road side berms with approved earth obtained from outside MOD land, spreading and levelling in layer not exceeding 30cm thick including watering and well ramming and finishing to required size, shape, etc not exceeding 1.5m high from base , complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for continuous brick edging using old size brick burnt clay of sub-class ‘B’ with width equal to the width of the brick, laid dry on end vertically including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep in soft/loose soil and removing debris from site upto a distance not exceeding 50m as directed by Engineer in Charge complete all as specified and directed
