Dismantling of concrete / brick bats in sunken slab and reused complete all as specified and directed.

The sunken slab portion treatment cover the following :- (a) Preparation of bottom & sides of sunken slabs portion by brushing, cleaning and applying 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately) (b) Applying one coat of blown bitumen 85/25 grade applied @ 1.2 kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.5 kg/sqm as per manufacturer’s instruction after eliminating all sharp projection & cleaning of loose material of plastered surfaces.(c) Laying polymeric standard membrane felt with 90 micron HMHDPE centre core and weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm fixed on the coated surface, bottom & side walls of the sunken portion. Minimum overlap of 75/80 mm fixed with torch application. Care shall be taken that no air bubble is left in between the surface of the floor/wall and the felt. (d) Applying a tack coat of hot bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm and as per manufacturer’s instruction..

M & L for PCC 1:5:10, type E-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete, sub base of flooring etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 25 mm thick , cement concrete type B-0 , 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone agg ) in floor.
