M & L preparation of old concrete floor or concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg., of cement per square metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate and river sand) as in padding and benching & filletting with IWPC (IWPC measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer 10 mm thick CM 1:4 (1 cement 4 river sand) for laying floor finishes finished even and smooth without using extra cement with IWPC (IWPC measured separately) as in roof slabs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment with APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified with non woven polyester matt black finished over compatiable primer at 0.3 litre per sqm, torching the membrane on whole surface uniformly while unrolling the membrane by LPG and sealed with trowel after necessary preparation of surface complete all as per manufactures instructions and finally finished with at coat of bitumastic aluminium paint over the membrane. The over lap joint shall be provided of 100mm in longitudinal direction and 150mm in tranverse direction respectively. All the angles, abutments and the drainage outlets shall be sealed with extra care to ensure full bondage. Note : The work shall be carried out by authorized applicators of manufacturers.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. and remove all the debris from site and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement 6 river sand) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description incl racking out joints for key, scrubbing with water etc, and remove all the debris from site and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.
