Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry or PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mts and depositing where directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete Type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate), block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, concrete surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mtrs and depositing where directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick/ concrete surfaces in two layers of 10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 and followed by 5 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 complete.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of white wash complete.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mtrs and depositing where directed.

M&L PCC Type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, levelling course, kerbs water troughs and the like including use of formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating.

M&L for PCC Type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and facilitate to cut reinforcement and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mtrs and depositing where directed.

M&L for high strength deformed TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for high strength deformed TMT steel bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate as foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section of posts embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area not exceeding 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed.

S&F for mild steel work of hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC Type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) including taking down old existing steel barbed wire complete.

M&L for restraining, resecuring including making good of existing barbed wire fencing including tying at crossings with galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc.

M&L for 4mm dia plain mild steel wire, galvanised class 3, in fencing/ cloth line including straining and fixing to wood, concrete or steel posts and/ or to straining bolts, including securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured) including taking down old existing galvanised mild steel wire complete.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

S&F for mild steel work of framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165
