Demolition of brick work of any type built in cement mortor in foul condition etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radious built in CM (1:4 ) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC Type C2 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggrgate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finishing to surfaces drain/channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement incl forms, moulds etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc and removing debries out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to stone masonry wall surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick masonary finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or MS work of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E165) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F butt hinges medium weight, cold rolled mild steel 100mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F welded steel wire fabric n exc 4 Kgs/Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for washing the bore with compressed air (Pressure not less than 250 PSI & 400 Cubic feet/min capacity) to improve porosity and taking out all the sedimentation silt, deposited at a distance exc 50m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.50 m depth, from the rain water harvesting pits/drain for foundations, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and not exceeding 10 square meter on plan for manholes etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Loose filling with aggregates of gauge 40 to 80 mm broken stone or boulders in rain water harvesting, soakage pits, soakage wells etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting of bushes, weeds, vegatator etc are thrown away all the waste to a distance exceeding 250mtr from oxidator pond complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for removing silt/soil, any description from strom drain including of taking off drain cover and put it on position after cleaning the storm water drain of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in manhole/drain cover slabs etc including necessary form work and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, as reinforcement for concrete cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spi-rally hooping for columns, hook-ing ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (an-nealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for pre cast perforated RCC drain cover with frame (rectangular or square) the area of each cover should not be more than 0.5 square mtr and thickness of 60mm each with holes manufactured with nominal Mix 1:1.5:3 of concrete by Vibro Compaction process using accurately designed molds and to enable the covers to take load as specified i.e 20 MT for Heavy duty complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Necessary test certificte shall be produced by the contractor.

Demolition of cement (un-reinforced) concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removing debries outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 600 mm Reinforced concrte pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars & rings and mass concrete or sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 450 mm Reinforced concrte pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars & rings and mass concrete or sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick Granite (of any tpe) work (tablee rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cment (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC C-2, 1:3:6 using 40mm agg as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine Pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS- 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 20 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:6, for laying floor finishes/tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 25 mm thick chequered cement concrete coloured tiles glossy finished of any shape any size set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigments complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Removing building materials etc. (Earth work) including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
