Fitment of 04 Nos. Cabin door glass

Providing fiber glass for window 6 mm thick, size 2’ x 3’ = 6 Sq.ft. Total 6 x 4 =24 Sq.ft.

Providing velvet channel (Size 1” thick) length per dumper = 10 Rft. Total 10 x 4 = 40 Rft.

Repairing of regulator for glass upward and downward movement.

Providing adhesive for sticking the velvet channel (250 Gram each dumper) Total 250 x 4 = 1 Kg.

Providing screw / nut & bolt size 15 x 06 mm (average 8 nos. x 4 nos. dumper = 32 Nos.

Denting of door cover plate (Size 2’ x 1’ = 2 Sq.ft) 2 x 4 = 8 Sq.ft.

Fitment of 3 Nos. Cabin front glass

Providing and fitment of safety glass (T=5mm) Size 5’ x 3’ = 15 Sq.ft. Total 15 x 3 = 45 Sq.ft.

Fitment of rubber bead (Size = 1.25”) Total 15 x 3 = 45 Sq.ft.

Denting of frame where glass are fitted, for better alignment of glass with body. Total area = Size 1’ x 5’ x 3 nos. = 15 Sq.ft.
