Outsourcing of services for data entry (JAA) at independent computer desk on all working days from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs ( Monday to Saturdays) for carrying out day to day official data work as assigned by officer in charge in the office of GE (AF) Sambra - (No of indep desk - 01 No) Total - 01 (One desk)

Outsourcing services of peons on all working days from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs ( Monday to saturday) for updating of file system/photo copying as directed by officer in charge/section in charge by maintaining of series of file Nos, heading, subject, each official letters by serial number and duly inter linked by FR /BR, each file should have docket/ index sheet showing date of issue, issuing authority etc and photocopying of documents/ multicopying the letters as directed by officer in charge/section in charge :- GE (AF) Sambra - (No of Peons - 01 Nos) Total - 01 Peon (a) The contractor shall provide minimum 01 No of Peon for carrying out the work as specified above.

Outsourcing services of Safayiwala on all working days from 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs ( Monday to Saturday ) for daily cleaning and mopping of entire office area including rooms, verandah, porch, wash room, stair case & toilet and dusting & cleaning of office furniture equipment, railing, doors/ windows, glass panes, Boards, Name plates etc/ removing of garbage from dust bins & waste buckets to nearby garbage pits as directed by officer-in-charge in the Office of GE (AF) Sambra (No of Safaiwala - 04 Nos)Total - 04 (Four Safaiwalas). NOTES :(a) The contractor shall provide Minimum 04 Nos of Safaiwala daily independently as specified above. (b) The T&P such as such as brooms, cloths, moping clothes, wipers bucket etc as required shall be provided by the Contractor. (c) All Materials/consumables (Toiletries) as required shall be supplied by the Contractor at free of cost. The quoted rate is deemed to be included the cost of Toiletries and T&Pmentioned above. (d) Contractor has to keep these aspect in consideration while working out rates and required to quote the rate accordingly. NOTE FOR ALL ITEMS OF WORKS ( ITEM NO. 1 TO 3 ) : (i) All persons employed by the tenderer for rendering respective services shall be in proper uniform as decided by CWE. (ii) The Contractor shall employ & provide services of workmen on all working days from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs ( Monday to Saturday), also on Wednesday and Saturday wherein office working hours will be up to 1400 hrs but the services of workmen employed will be continued till 1700 hrs (For Safaiwala as mentioned in Item No. 3) as per the directions of GE/Engineer in charge.(iii) Workmen are not required to be employed on Sundays and holidays. (iv) Contractor has to keep these aspect in consideration while working out rates and quote the rates accordingly.
