CERTAIN REPAIRS TO FENCING GATES BOUNDARY WALL TRAVERSE WALL HARD STANDING DRAINS PATH AND CONNECTED MISCELLANEOUS WORKS AT MIL STN SURANUSSI

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but including ashlar facings dressed stone work and pre cast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement conc in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level.

Material and labour for brick work built in cement mortar (1: 6) with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, using old size bricks complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

-ditto- as per item no above except Brick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone wall as in boundary wall etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) of brick / concrete surfaces finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings and providing grooves .complete all as specified

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or un plastered surfaces) and applying two of coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali primer complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in surface channel complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 25 mm thick Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in–Charge.
