Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100 mm size, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Top, bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10 mm (5 mm x 2 ) thick, 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm+2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. An additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the ‘C’ Channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer’s specification & drawing.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed door comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension uPVC extruded glazing beads, uPVC extruded interlock and uPVC extruded Inline sash adaptor (if required), EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) handle with key on one side of extreme panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear with keeps, zinc alloy (white powder coated) cresent lock (if required), stainless steel (SS 304 grade) body with adjustable double nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 120 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc.

Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent shall be paid separately). Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Closing of holes of size 0.45 x 0.45m made in the wall for drawing OFC cables, Power cables, Telephone calbes etc., with packing bricks/concrete and finishing the same on either side etc., complete.

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, laminate etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

All the removed waste materials are to be dumped at designated place(Cost includes shifting the dismantled materials from second floor to designated place in the compound) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge .

Cleaning of entire internal portion of office with very mild acid/approved soap solution and mopping of floors, cleaning of dados and flooring including toilet tiles, wash basin, water closet etc.(Cost included removal of all the accumulated waste materials,cobwebs ,dirt and dust) complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removing damaged existing false ceiling tiles of 12 mm thick plain/perforated particle board/laminated board etc at all heights and replacing with new material of 12 mm thick plain/perforated particle board/laminated board etc. in position etc all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing health faucet of standard design and Jaquar make, model no: ALD-573 complete as per direction of Engineer -In-charge.

Providing and fixing CP brass parry ware make 15 mm Heath faucet consisting of standard pipe, handle, fittings etc., all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Flush tank of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials all complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge.

Dismantling stop cock / Bib cock /pillar cock / like of all make and dia including complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Urinals tank / Wash basin of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials all complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge.

Credit for old dismantled/unserviceable material received from dismantling as and where condition (cost includes the dismantling of the materials): -

Disposal of dismantled building debris,rubbish, earth, sweeped garbage , thermocol waste and other waste materials etc. from 5th floor of NTB building by means of mechanical transport including loading and unloading and transporting to a waste dump yard in the outskirts of city as permitted by BBMP/Muncipality and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Note: 1No Extra cost/payment shall be made on any account 2.Whenever required and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of works.)

Water proofing treatment for sunken floor as follows : Surface Preparation

i) Surface is thoroughly Cleaned to remove Laitance, any loose cement mortar is chipped &completely remove dust and loose particles. ii) Providing & applying two parts gun grade polysulphide Sealant “Pidiseal 41 G” (I) from Pidilite Chemicals (I) Pvt Ltd., with primer -"Primer-RDL 243" to the bathrooms, wherever necessary applying, curing etc., complete. iii) Providing & applying of fast setting cement in the side corners making the coving for all joints applying one coat of polymer based liquid mixed with cement. iv) Providing & applying High performance Elastomeric seamless Waterproof coating from Dr. fixit “Proof coat”/ Roof seal in two coats to a thickness of 1mm each coat, over the bathrooms wherever required & after cleaning & removing the dust using electrically operated portable Blowers & mixing the coating material with the help of a propeller agitator attached to a slow speed drill around 500 RPM & mixed for 2-4 minutes, & applying on the cleaned bathroom & after pre-wetting before applying to get best results, applying to get best results, applying, curing etc., complete.

v) Providing & plastering the sunken toilet portion treated Floor Area & with waterproof cement mortar mixed with integral waterproof Compound “ LW - Admix - ” & Mortar Bonding aid “Pidicrete - URP” both from Pidilite Chemicals, plastering with normal Slope, finishing, curing including bore packing.complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
