Repair to Deptt. Water tanker by way of change of Engine oil, Gear oil (from Gear box and Differential System) after flushing out old used oil. Providing and fitting of new oil filter, air filter and diesel filter set, air cleaner rubber etc. and then Filling of fresh engine oil and Gear oil in Gear box and Differential System Job includes checking of all the four wheels after dismantling of wheels. Segregation of components, washing properly all the component in diesel. Providing and fitting of front wheel bearing inner 01 no., front wheel outer – 1 No., brake lining front 1 set complete, rear wheel bearing outer 01 no., rear wheel bearing inner - 02 Nos., brake lining rear 1 set complete. All oil seals, brake oil- ½ ltr., P&F of 04 kg grease, greasing of all the wheels, making adjustment of brakes and bleeding thereof. Job includes Repair to gear box of departmental water tanker by way of lowering it from the vehicle, cleaning of all the parts with Diesel and segregation of all the parts. Providing and fitting of 1 No. counter shaft, 1 No. 3rd and 4th speed gears, sleeve set 1 set, synchronizing ring set complete , 1 No. main shaft bearing, 1 No. counter shaft bearing, 1 No. gear box bearings, 1 No. roller bearing,1 No of needle bearing assembling of all the gears by hydraulic pressure fitting. Providing and fitting of 1 set gear box oil seal, 1 set gear box joint set, 1 No. RTV silicon tube, gasket. Job also includes replacement of 02 No. gear shifting cable by way of providing and fitting of new one. Assembling, refitting checking and testing the gear box unit and back fitting with the vehicle. Job also Includes repair of kamani by dismantling of kamaniand then P/F of new parts in place of defective parts .and complete checking & fitting after repair .Complete job including cost of material and labour charges. Job also includes repairs to propeller shaft by way of Dismantling, extraction of worn-out parts and replacement with p/f of new parts i.e. UJ cross-02 no., Half yoke-02 no’s, cross holder-01 no, Slip and yoke teeth set-01 set, coupling nut/ bolt-04 no assembling and alignment of propeller shaft Job also includes Providing and fitting of centre bearing . Job includes dismantling of the dewatering pumpset from vehicle rear end, dismantling of components. Job includes washing properly all the components in Kerosene, Repairs to FIP by replacement of nozzles and calibration etc. Repair to dewatering pump by way of providing and fitting of gland. Refitting of dewatering pumpset in water tanker.Repair and check of rediadtor Job also Includes repair of turbo pipe and 1 no new pipe .Job also denting and painting of truck.. Providing and fitting of Silencer Exacust 1 no . . Job also Includes repair of Electric Self . Job also Includes repair of seat cover and electric work .
