(Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately)

(Note: stainless steel butt hinges and ecessary SS screws shall be paid separately). Note All screws shall be self tapping chrome plated.

Supply & Fixed 2nd class hard wood 35 mm thick made glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to rceieve glass, gauze,etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. size of members of shutters as spfd in SSR Part-1, Section 8, clause 8.24 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preperation of new or previously untreated surfaces of wood/WPC or based materials of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description and in any situation over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synathetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tilling, any type flooring including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing joint free non skid coloured Ceramic tiles 07-08 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:-The texture ,colour ,Shade of tiles & laying of tiles to any pattern & any design with one or more colours shall be approved by GE and Rates also including in this item for necessary raking circular cutting or notching and waste on tiles.

Material and labour for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface such as skirting, dado, riser to step etc 450mmX 350mmX 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of the tiles over and including 10mm thick rough cement plaster to receive tiles in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:-The texture, colour, shade of tiles & laying of tiles to any pattern & any design with one or more colours shall be approved by GE and Rates also including in this item for necessary raking circular cutting or notching and waste on tiles.

Supply & Fixed for water proofing treatment to sunken protion of WC, bath room etc by applying cement slurry mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating of approved make complete all as specified and directed, comprising of following:- (a) Demolition and removing lean concrete/red najri/moorum (b) cleaning the surface and 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on the floor and side of wall of sunken portion and finishedthe surface even &smooth using extra cement complete (c) First layer of slurry of cement @0.488kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @0.253Kg/Sqm after curing of 4 hour (d) Second layer of cement slurry of cement 0.242 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious complete compound @0,126Kg/Sqm after curing of 4 hours followed with curing of 48 hours (e) after treatment of surface sunken portion to be tested for water tightness any leakage or seepage is observed same to rectify before filling the sunken postion (f) Supply and fixing for providing lean concreate (1;5:10) type E-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in sunken filling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply & Fixed in repair for 75 mm bore PVC pipes ISI marked in any length with or without ears laid in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixed in repair PVC floor trap 75 mm with anti cocroach grating, with or without hole including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 with CP grating complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixed in repair 75mm dia PVC bends/hill rest bends (any radius) diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes 100 mm dia (any size or pattern), including all fitting, head, shoes, bend, swan-nacks etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixed PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore, single socketd, in any length with rubber ring joints, in any length fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixed PVC (SWR) bend with ovel accessed door any radius 110mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixed PVC (SWR) vent cowl 110mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of surface by scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles/existing vegetation/roots etc with wire brushes and removing any type of of existing roof treatment in any layer alongwith existing plaster so as to reach up to top of RCC roof slab complete in all repsect,filling of cracks with smart care Hybrid PU Sealent wherever required and for rendering plastering work 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on roof surface and finishing the surface without using extra cement for application of roof treatment (A) Apply first coat of fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibres with sun reflectivity index (SRI) of 100-110, having minimum elongation of 350%, tensile strength 2.9 MPa and shall have crack bridging ability upto 2.5mm and shall resist 10 bars of hydrostatic pressure , reduce surface temperature upto 10 degree celsius with 33% dilution as primming coat.(b) Laying of fibre mesh of 0.3mm thickness weaven in leno pattern having weight 45 gm/Sqm and pasting it properly with overlap of 50mm and allow it to dry.(c) Apply second undiluted coat @ 0.450 ltr/Sqm (d) Apply third and final coat undiluted @ 0.450Ltr/Sqm in color combination/ cameoflauging pattern complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Application of water proofing treatment will be done Authorised applicator only/ or in presence of authorised rep. Certificate in this regard shall be submitted to Engr-in-charge. Shifting/removal of any wire/ cable/AC unit or any other object as per the site requirement and refixing of the same if needed is deemed to be included in rates quoted by contractor.

Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding over roof slab and average thickness of 50mm for receiving top layer including chicken wire mesh complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced), brick tiles of any description and in any position not specifically provided complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
