Scarifying or picking existing gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface, area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm (average 75mm) and segregating serviceable stone metal for re-using and removal of debris from site to a distance upto 50 metres spread & leveled complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs to potholes of depth exceding 30mm and area not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, but making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) of WBM using Granite, Trap or Basalt stone coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) blinded with stone screening type ‘A’, spread, rolled with 8 to 12 tonnes power road roller & consolidated to required camber & gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced WBM top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with Air Compressor to remove all loose dirt etc, applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm using VG-10 bitumen of road surface by sprayer operated by hot pressure mechanism, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with Air Compressor to remove all loose dirt etc, applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using VG-10 bitumen of road surface by sprayer operated by hot pressure mechanism, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 30mm consolidated thickness Bituminous Premix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) using paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5 % binder by weight of total mix using Job Mix Formula (Design Mix) rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) In case the binder contents by weight of total mix is less than 5.5% as per actual design mix, the price adjustment shall be made as per average rates of all paid voucher for bitumen pertaining to this work. If the total binder contents as per design mix is more than 5.5%, no price adjustment shall be made for the same. (ii) Job mix formula for Semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be obtained from the Govt Lab or Govt Engg College prior to commencement of work and shall be got approved from the GE. etc complete all as specified and as directed. (iii) Field tests (Bitumen Extraction Test,Core Cutting Test for density & compaction, Temprature control) shall be conducted by GE during execution and records to be maintained.

M&L for providing and marking broken/continuous central/end line on the road pavement and the like of description by using hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50mm thick (excluding thickness of glass beads) and providing reflective glass beads @ 250 gm per square metre as per IRC-135,confirming to MOSRT&H, complete all as specified and as directed . Make-STP/Asian Paint/Auto Mark.

M&L for Moorum / red bajri/ Coarse sand filling in floors or pavings, road berms etc, laid in layers n exc. 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including dressings & watering complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors,aprons,dados etc laid dry and pointed in any mortar and removal rubbish off the site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Continuous brick edging; with width equal to the width of the brick; laid dry on end vertically complete all as specified

Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 ,1:4:8(40 mm graded aggregate) in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour,design & pattern as in footparth, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & patternover and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and properembedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer throughvibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand andcutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 15 above but except interlocking paver blocks of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Demoletion of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick(below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4(20mm graded aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new/old brick,stone,concrete or plaster surafces of any description not otherwise described , over 10 cm width or girth and applyinng two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Metal Tubular Dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x 300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repairs Speed Breakers / Bumps in black & yellow colour of size 335 mm x 450mm and 75 mm thick of model No- DA-1004 fixing with nails/ screws on road complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Convex Mirror (with pole of adjustable height) of 800mm dia with ABS body and fixed in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations of post / pole complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Solar Cat Eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed, Make- Sinor (DHURV, Model DA-110) or equivalent in TATA BP Solar/ Sinor/Dark Eye/R-Deen/SHAKTI

S&F in repairs Cat Eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.
