Material and labour for gauzed shutter shall be made out from angle iron 35x35x5mm, 25x25x5mm and 1.5 mm thick MS sheet as shown on drawing, the frame for shutter shall be of pressed steel and 10 mm square bars grill with fly proof wire mesh having 0.63mm nominal dia wire and 1.4 mm average width of aperture including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix figured glass, 3mm thick, pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.5 sq.m in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.
