Taking down carefully existing aluminium/copper point wiring for light, fan, socket or power bell complete with fittings such as Switches, sockets, ceiling roses, holders, call bells & making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, matching the colour with existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate for making good shall be deemed to be included in above item rate.

Supply, install, commissioning of 16 metre high 20 sided polygon highmast lighting system fabricated out of BS-EN 10025 or equivalent 355 Mpa material in two sections, hot dip galvanised (single dip) internally & externally having uniform coating thickness of 85/ 65 micron for bottom & top section respectively as per BS 729 and with one longitudinal weld and having no circumferential weld suitable for wind velocity of 180 Km/hr as per IS -875 (Part-3) duly provided with accessories like head frame, steel wire rope 6mm dia (7/19 construction with central core SS) trailing cable double drum winch, galvanised lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 09 luminaires symmetrically and end finial. The mast shall have an integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation as per manufacturers design/ details complete all as specified and directed . Make : CG Cat No. HM-1116 A or eqivelant in Philips/Bajaj/Wipro of 16 M height suitable for design condition specified above. Highmast light includes the following : -(i) Supply, and fixing of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel alongwith nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates etc as required as manufacturers recommendations suitable for design life not less than 25 years.(ii) Erection and commissioning of high mast with the help of suitable equipments and wiring of luminaries with all copper conductor, cable of suitable size & providing flexible steel conduit pipe ¾” for protection of cable. (iii) Drawing, design and casting of suitable shallow foundation with RCC M-25 mix concrete for high mast considering the safe bearing capacity of soil as 10 tonne/ Sqm at 2.50 metre depth duly approved by GE - 01 Job each. (iv) Casting of suitable foundation with RCC M-25 mix concrete for panel as per manufacturers recommendations. (v) Supply and fix LED flood light fitting luminarie 160 W with LED lamp, secondary optics made in pressure die cast housing and heat sink in aluminium extursion type with IP65 protection class - 09 Nos each Make Bajaj or equivelant in Crompton, CG/Philips/Halonex . (vi) Supply and fix integral aviation obstruction light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonite enclosures - LED type - 02 Nos Each Make : Bajaj or equivelant in Crompton Greaves, Philips & GE (vii) Supply and installaton of control panel (KIOSK) (out door, double door) with auto control timer switch unit with digitial time switch of capacity 63 Amps tripple pole & neutral (TP&N) MCB incomer housing suitable for circuit for operation of mast including suitable control circuit for power tool motor complete as per manufacturer recommendations- 01 Jobs Each. (viii) All necessary Excxavation and earthwork in any type of soil including returning, filling and removal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 metre completed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ix) Contractor shall submit Manufacturer defect guarantee certificate for a period not less than 05 years.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil, n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, laying of underground cable etc or n. exc 10 Sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles, struts, stays etc.& getting out including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering & and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 m & depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Material & labour, for cutting existing road for taking out/laying of underground cable through GI pipe of dia 40mm to 100mm including necessary earth work and making good to match with the existing surface with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and laying, factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover LV type-1, flat, of size 250x150x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying / fixing , GI pipe, light grade, 40mm dia bore for cable protection fixed to pole/wall with MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc or laid under floor/road/pavement, including taking out old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 25 Sqmm, 4 core, aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with lugs/thimbles of suitable size etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Returning filling, earth work, sand cushioning and cable cover for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, fixing & fabricated distribution box of size 450 mm x 450mmx 300mm in sheet metal enclosure 3.0 mm thick, outdoor type ,Powder coated CRCA sheet metal enclosure angle mounted angle Iron ( 50mmx50mmx5 mm) frame, hight 0.45 RM suitable for MCCB 40 Amps, 16 KA - 1 No, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.00mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (depth of pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level), with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, connected with and including GI strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to electrical equipment/GOD/LA and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 40mm dia bore including watering pipe 20mm dia bore GI medium grade (ISI marked) with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work, PCC chamber in plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 and pit cover of precast RCC with MS frame etc and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009), complete all as specified and directed. Note(s):- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with TMT bar 8mm dia both ways @100c/c. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include earth lead and protection pipe of length 7.5m, excess beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt. (v) Quoted lump sum / rate shall be inclusive of above all provisions. Note :- A Sum of Rs. 68,632.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantling/demolished/taking down material.
