Scaffolding :Providing two legged scaffolding using blue- gum post or best quality bamboo posts of 4 m overall length, the distance between the two rows being 1.25 m and spacing of posts being 2 m in both rows with two horizontal posts including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to setup and providing a platform with country wood plank of 40 mm thick and 1m width, etc., in a complete form using coir and nail with handrails for the safety measures, etc., including cost of all materials , labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer at site.

Dismantling the Existing damaged R.C.Concrete and disposing the debris @ 3km away from the site as directed by the Engineer at site, including cost of all lead, lift, labour charges, T&P etc complete.

Providing, cutting, bending and placing in position of RTS/TMT bars , binding with binding wire, bending rod, including cost of all materials, labour, led, lift, etc., complete.

Providing epoxy resin concrete bonding agent with Nito bond EP or equivalent to the surface where Guniting are to be provided including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift,T&P, etc. complete.

Applying one coat of Nito Zinc/equivalent primer after through cleaning of rust in the reinforcement rate including cost of all labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site.

Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 using 6 to 12 mm HBG metal including cost of all materials, cantering, lead ,lift,labour and mixing charges excluding the cost of reinforcement etc, complete.
