Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:Foundations Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, including cutting and making good the walls etc.: 15 mm dia. nominal bore

Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to

Supplying and fixing C.I. cover without frame for manholes: 20.14.1 455x610mm rectangular C.I. cover (light duty) the weight of the cover to be not less than 23 kg.
