Vitrified ceramic tiles 9mm to 10 mm thick light shade (square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointing in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) incl dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300 x 200 x 6-7 mm / 450 x 350 x 6-7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match tiles including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick wall incl dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and as directed .

Non Skid ceramic tiles coloured (1st quality /permium quality ) coloured 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm as in floors etc over 15mm thick in cement and mortar (1:6) bedding set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match and including dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and directed.

Non skid coloured tiles (1st quality/premium quality) 9 to 10mm thick of size 600 mm x 600 mm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cment mortar (1:6) incl dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

10mm thick in cement and sand mortar (1:6) on concrete surfaces , finished even and fair including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer of surfaces of wall any approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Plain aluminium sheet 0.56mm thick fixed with screw fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20mm to 25 mm thick laid as in floors in squares or rectangular pattern laid over 15mm thick cement screed bed in cement and mortar (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed coloured cement to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) incl demolition of stone masonary complete as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping and like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary formwork as required and finishing the top surface of concrete even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum dipression on face from sraight edge held against the dresses surface n exc 20mm and dressing of face beds and joints as specified to square rubble walling, jodhpur type, brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed.

100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in alternate bays/flooring, finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Forming contraction ( Dummy) joint 65 mm deep x10 mm wide filled with sealing compound of grade B for slab thickness 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Forming construction joint 30 mm deep x10 mm wide filled with sealing compound of grade B for slab thickness 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements by brooming while concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.
