Supply,installation testing and comissioning of 1000 KVA, 11/0.433KV, AN, Oil Type Transformer with corrugated off circuit tap links of rating +5 to -5% @ 2.5% by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear 1000 KVA capacity transformer copper wound step down outdoor type 11000/433 Volt(at no load) double wound oil immersed naturally cooled with external cooling tubes core type delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol Dy-II (Vector group) with neutral brought on secondary side (LV side) and having tapping changing at +/- 7.5% in step of +/- 2.5% to be changed and the maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree centigrade in oil and 55 degree centigrade in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run in ambient temp of 40 degree centigrade and the transformer shall be comprised complete all as specified and directed with the following standard fittings:-

(i) Pressure Release Valve (ii) Thermometer pocket on tank cover (iii) Oil Temperature indicator with 2 contacts alarm & trip (iv) Rating plate with terminal marking (v) Two earthing terminals on tank and cover to facilitate fixing of GI earth strip (vi) Oil level guage (vii) Oil drain filter valve (viii) Lifting lugs (ix) Oil filter hole with cap/plug including connection complete. (x) Four plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (xi) First fill of transformer oil confirming to relevant IS and testing upto 60KV di-electric strength. Note:- (i) Transformer should be double copper wound (Level-02) as per IS:1180 (Part-I) 2014 with HT, LT cable box, OTI & PRV. (ii) The rates inclusive of fixed on trolly as per OEM recommendation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, AI conductor cable of size 95 sqmm.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, AI conductor cable of size 95 sqmm.

Fabrication and supply of four pneumatic wheeled trolly suitable for mounting 1000 KVA transformer, one freewheel for rolling HT cables 95/120 sqmm 3 core suitable for 60RM, 2 free wheel rolling LT cable 240 sqmm 3 ½ core with 60 RM, on either side of transformer, trolly should have the provision for towing arrangement i.e. towing hook, self break system, parking brake, etc., The complete items to be mounted on trolly shall be housed in an enclosure, made of 2mm thick sheet steel reinforced by 25 x 3mm MS flat four sides open able door with locking arrangement, painting of complete trolly with two coats of paint synthetic enameled over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (drawing approved by GE (E/M) Base Hospital Delhi Cantt)

Supply, laying, connection & testing, 240 sqmm 3.5 core, XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanized steel strip or wire, heavy duty, LT underground cable ISI marked with aluminium multistranded conductor 11000 volt grade, laid in trench/duct, passing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connection & testing, 95 sqmm 5 core, XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanized steel strip or wire, heavy duty, LT underground cable ISI marked with aluminium multistranded conductor 11000 volt grade, laid in trench/duct, passing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole complete all as specified and directed.
