SPECIAL REPAIR AGAINST BER AC PLANT UNDER GE (A) JAISALMER (JOB NO 01/SRW/BLDG/ADGSI/12 RAPID/JAISALMER/2022-23)

Supply, install, test and commissioning of water cooled package type air conditioning plant not less than 2X14TR (1x14TR will be working tonnage and 1X14TR will be standby) Capacity complete to achieve the inside temprature 22ºC± 2ºC with RH of 55 ± 5% with following equipment and accessories:-

(d) Double skin construction air hanling unit (AHU) suitable for chilled water system made out of extruded aluminium structural frame/ aluminium conrners and intermediate connecting pieces and panels of 0.5mm galvansied steel sheet on both sides with 25mm thick PUF of density (38+2)kg/cum injected panels having scratch free plastisolcoating on outer side. The fan section should be mounted on anti vibratio spring isolators and free from main structure. The fan should be back ward curved centrifygal fan with air discharge upblast, belt driven with TEFC induction motor of suitable capacity. The coil section consist of 6 row deep coil with min 12 fins/inch duly coated with hydrolic coat. The filter section consist of prefilter with 10micron 90% efficiency. The other accessories are view port, limitswitch, stainless steel drain pan, volume control damper, mixing chamber for 28TR plant with min air flow of not less than 8000/11000 CFM at 40 mm TSP with energy efficient motor of suitable capacity and specified makes. AHU shall be provided UVC emitters & fixtures in sufficient quality so as to provide equal distribution of UVC energy on the coil and in the drain pan all as specified - 1 No. (e) Pan type humidifier comprising of stainless steel pan with 3 KW heater, wiring,water piping GI pipe medium grade 15mm. (f) Strip type heater bank not less than 6KW (in two banks of 3 KW each) with necessery copper conductor wiring for banking complete - 1 set. (g) Humidistats and thermostats in AHU room

(k) Water flow (Pressure) switch with necessary connection to condensor pipe all as directed. (l) Refrigeration control wiring with copper conductor, PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded. 1100V grade, single core of size 1.5 sqmm draw in and including PVC conduit of suitable size for interlocking arrangement as per standard practice with thermostat, humidstat, three way valve, heater bank, etc, all as directed for each AHU. (m) Non chemical type on line scale preventor suitable for fixing on the common header of condenser of suitable dia pipe, working on principle of magnetic fields all as directed. (n) Accoustic insulation with 19mm thick nitrile rubber and finished with RP tissue paper and 28mm gauge aluminium preforated sheet upto 5 Mtr from AHU Canvas connection all as specified and directed. (o) Expansion water tank, double layered rotational moulded polethelene 100 lts capacity duly insulated with fibre glass of 75mm thick wrapped around the tank, providing hassoin cloth above it and cladding with aluminium sheet of 24 gauge complete including MS ERW pipe line connection 25mm dia duly insulated with glasswool 25mm thick and overall cladding with 28G aluminium sheet all as directed. Density of fibre glass be 48 kg/m3.

Notes for item No 1.00 :- 1. The following works are deemed to be included in the rates of above mentioned item. (a) Civil work such as modification to existing foundation or provision of new foundation in PCC 1:3:6, making good the disturbed surfaces etc. (b) Perforated GI sheet cable tray 300mm width fixed on angle iron supports grouted in wall for carrying all cables. (c) pressure gauge, thermo meters on suction and discharge sides at pumps. (d) Miscelleneous items required for entire completion of work such as flexible canvass connection at unit, small control valves as directed and asper stanard engineering practice. 2. The following items are measured and paid seperatly (a) Main cables for heaters, package units, AHU, pantype humidifier, pumps, condensor. (b) MS pipes, butter fly valves for condensor water and chill water. (c) Any modification required for existing ducting and replacement of defective. (d) Fire dampers. (e) Earthinh and earth continuity conductor (f) Dismantling of existing AC plant. (g) High efficiency 5 micron filters. (h) Girlls/Diffusers

Supply and lay MS Pipes heavy grade with all fittings laid on supports including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synyhetic enamel paint all as specifeid and directed of the following sizes:-

All as per item No 2.00 hereinbefore but including pipe insulatin with PUF slab 30 mm thick with and including applying bituminuous compound and GI cladding with 26 gauge GI Sheet complete of fairly finished laid in trenches/fixed to walls when laid exposed.

Note for item No 3.00:- Exposed pipe shall be painted with 02 coats of cement based paint of approved colour all as directed and the cost of the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

All as per above item 2.00 hereinbefore but steel tubing shall be painted with one coat of red oxided primer only but including pipe insulation with fibre glas preformed pipe section with factory laiminated aluminium foil to mm thick of density 80 Kg/m3 with suports from walls. ceiling inside the rooms when laid indoor size 40/50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Butterfly valve both end flanged and drilled with Disc of DI with epoxy coating or CI with nylon coating and seal with neoprene rubber/EPDM of class PN-16 confirmming to IS and ISI marked of size 40/50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of non return valves of sizes 40/ 50mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Y stainer of 50 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of balancing valves of sizes 40/50 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 3 way motor rised valves with actuator of sizes 40/50mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of rubber expansion joint of dia sizes 40/50 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, assembly and erection of GI sheet with C & SS rectangular / square duct made out of L shaped hollow profile, duty factory boxed, including all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete of size 24 guage sheet including 25 mm x 4 mm angle iron supports 10 mm dia rods, anchor fastners etc fittings joints for plenum and joining exsting ducting all as per IS specification complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of GI duct dampers with extruded aluminium sections for volume control complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for duct insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier size 50mm and inner side thermol insulation with 13mm thick nitrile rubber with aluminium foil complete of insulation as specified and including the following:-

(a) M&L for cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreigen materials,taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) M&L for appling rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (c) M & L for sealing of all logitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including Aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (d) M & L for securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/steel straps of size 12 mm/50mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr.

S&F of fire damper made out of GI section and 16 SWG GI sheet with UL stamped fusible link duly operated with stainless steel spring and tob e provided in main supply dict interlocked with AHU motor to cut off in case of fire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F supply air slot lineat grills made out of powser coated extruded aluminium sections with volume control adjustment and having 6 slots complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing of earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level connected to galvanised earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts,, nuts washers of GI all as shoen in electrical plate no 5 of SR part VI connected to earth test point including test point complete incoluding earth work excavation in any tyype of soil PCC (1:3:6) type ci bed and chamber RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover 40 mm thick including 6 mm dia reinforcement and funnel watering pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of GI Strip 32 x 6 mm earth continuity conductor and connecting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying of LT UG cable 1100 V grade, aluminium conductor XLPE insualted, sheathed and armoureed of the following sizes :-

70 Sqmm 3.5 core

25 Sqmm 3.5 core

16 sqmm 4 core

S&F Rubber matting 19 mm thick LT 1100 V grade of size 0.9 x 1.8 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth or laying of cable etc and getting out in soft/loose soil

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth or laying of cable etc and getting out in hard/dense soil

Returning filling in soil including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m abobe the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying of dry clean river sand for cable cushioning to underground cable including sperading leveling hard punning complete all as specified in MES schedule Part I. Note : for the purpose of payment punned thickness will only be measured

Supply & laying of Burnt bricks sub class 'B' for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and removing of the old existig unserviceabe AC plant including compressor, condensors chillers AHUs cooling tower pumps LT panel cable condensor/chilled wate pipes in plant room only excluding duct chilled water pipe lines from plant to AHUs of following capacities from the site and handling over to MES store yard :-

Supply, installation commissioning and testing of counter flow inducted draft top discharge, bottle type 25 TR FRP cooling tower with FRP body and base, water spray headers, cooling tower fills, fan with motor supporting base frames. fan assembly, motor drive with necessary accessories and suitable foundation, ladder etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Inlet and outlet pipes with control valves for cooling tower will be measured and paid seperately.
