SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (BUILDING WORK)

S & F 15mm dia bore galvanized steel water tubing, “medium grade,” together with all fittings; (ISI marked) such as elbows, bends tees, nipples, union sockets, sockets etc and short pieces and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note:- Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid sperately.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations , filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Rendering 15mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing as per manufacture's instructions on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note:-Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for 15 mm rendering in CM 1:6 on fair face of wall or on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI marked complete all as specified.

RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded stone agg) as in plinth beam, lintel lintel and similar suspended work. etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

TMT steel bars of 10mm dia and over for reinforcement, cut to length, bend to shape reguired including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

TMT steel bars of 5mm to 8 mm dia and over and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacer and binders, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for colored non skid ceramic tiles 7to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers of cement mortar 1:6 to match Shade, pattern, laying etc of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L Vitrified tiles light shade 9 to 10 mm thick (Square or rectangular ) polished , area of each tiles exc 0.36 sqm but not exe0.42 sqm , in floors etc laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 300x450 x7 mm thick glazed ceramic tiles colored as in dado/ skirting and vertical surfaces set&jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement over and incl 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 to match the Shade, pattern, laying etc of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F 16mm dia of CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings. with all fittings; (ISI marked) such as brass elbows, bends tees, nipples, union sockets, sockets etc and short pieces and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
