Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LT Outdoor panel made out of 2mm thick CRCA Sheet Steel, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed, cubicle type, floor mounting, free standing suitable for operation at 415 V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50 Hz AC System with one Set of 400 Amps Al. Bus Bars as required. 3 mm thick gland plates i/c cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, having TPN Aluminium alloy bus bars with 100% size neutral bus as that of phase bus,supported with SMC bus bar supports, with short circuit withstand capacity as per design subject to minimum 36 kA for 1 sec, bottom base channel of MS section notless than 75 mm x 40 mm, entire panel shall have a common Al earth bus bar at the rear with 2 Nos. complete with all accessories, interconnection, connection, earthing, painting, provided with bottom base channel and locking arrangements etc. complete as required and comprising of the following: Incomer: a) Two nos of 400 A, 36 KA, 4P MCCB with rotary handle, TM Releases range of 0.8 to 1 for OC/SC Protection as INCOMER with resin cast C.T. operated Digital MFM Meter suitable to measure voltage, Ampere,Frequency, Power Factor, KVA, KW, KVAH, KWH,(EM 6459 of Conzerve/Equivalent) etc.as required. 1 Set of phase indicating LED lamps with 2 amp 1 Set of ON/ OFF/TRIP Indicating LED Lamps Bus coupler: b)One no of 400 A, 36 KA, 4P MCCB with rotary handle TM Releases range of 0.8 to 1 for OC/SC Protection with resin cast C.T. operated Digital VAF Meter (EM 6459 of Conzerve/Equivalent), ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps and

Phase Indication Lamps as required. Electrical & Mechanical Interlocking between both incomers & Bus coupler Outgoings c) Two nos 250 A, 36 KA, 4P MCCB with rotary handle TM Releases range of 0.8 to 1 for OC/SC Protection with resin cast C.T. operated Digital MFM Meter suitable to measure voltage, Ampere,Frequency, Power Factor, KVA, KW, KVAH, KWH, (EM 6459 of Conzerve/Equivalent), ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps and Phase Indication Lamps as required. d) Three Nos of 160 A, 25KA, 4P MCCB with rotary handle TM Releases for OC/SC Protection and ROM as Outgoings, ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps and Phase Indication Lamps as required,including providing KWH meters with suitable rating resin cast C.T.etc., complete as required.( suitable modification Size of compartments shall be suitable to accommodate kWH meters) e) Two Nos of 40 A, 25 KA, 4P MCCB with rotary handle TM Releases for OC/SC Protection and ROM as Outgoings ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps and Phase Indication Lamps as required. f) All accessories such as control MCB, auxillary contactors, auxillary switches,mechanical interlock etc. as required.

Outgoings: c) Two nos 63 A, 25 KA, 4P MCCB with rotary handle TM Releases range of 0.8 to 1 for OC/SC Protection with resin cast C.T. operated Digital VAF Meter (EM 6459 of Conzerve/Equivalent), ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps and Phase Indication Lamps as required. d) Two Nos of40 A, 25KA, 4P MCCB with rotary handle TM Releases for OC/SC Protection and ROM as Outgoings, ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps and Phase Indication Lamps as required e) All accessories such as control MCB, auxillary contactors, auxillary switches,mechanical interlock etc. as required.

Providing and laying of 150mm dia B class G.I pipe below 1.2 mtr, across road including cutting bituminous road and refilling with concrete to the original finish etc. complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt etc. as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Construction of inspection chamber along the cable route at various places in brick masonary with bricks of class designation75 in cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4fine/coarse sand) of size 120 cm (L) x 60 cm width x 120 cm height in which 30 cm aboveground ,providing and laying in position cement concrete in 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mmnominal size)on bottomof size 120cm (L) x 60cm (W) x 10cm thick and RCC slab above the chamber in 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3coarse sand: 6 gradedstone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with two nos hook for lifting, plastering all sides of open area in12mm cement plaster1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine/coarse sand) including excavation of soil plastering all sides of open area in12mm cement plaster1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine/coarse sand) including excavation of soil complete etc..as reqd.

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Outdoor type Feeder pillar made out of single door Thermoplastic/Polycarbonate/GRP enclosure of minimum IP54 & IK-08 protection weather proof, dust and vermin proof, environmental friendly, UV resistant, fire retardent etc conforming to IEC 60439-1 / NBC-2016 with upto date amendments and size not less than 300mm(W) x 600mm(H) x 200mm(D) complete with rubber gasket, cable entry provision, earthing terminals, providing 4 nos of 63A Copper busbar with SMC bus bar supports, providing legs of 2 Nos, 50mm dia 'B' Class GI pipe of required height, flanges, foundation bolts,including providing and fixing of mounting legs using suitable size anchor fastner etc as required.

Supply & laying of 01 No. 110 mm dia size PN10, PE 80 rating HDPE pipe through trenchless technology, Horizontal directional drilling (HDD) along / across the Road / PQC surfaces and drawing HDPE pipe through the duct for laying /drawing LT / HT UG cable upto a depth of approx. 2 meter and including transportation of HDD machine and cost of HDPE pipe as required and as specified.
