8889 ADDITION/ALTERATION OF FALSE CEILING AND LIGHT FITTING WORK AT THE GROUND FLOOR OF PCDA O OFFICE UNDER AGE BR I OF GE SOUTH PUNE

M&L for dismantling ceiling and wall boards with frame (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/ slab / blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for false ceiling with 9 to 9.5mm thick glass fibre reinforced Gypsum ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 mm prima fine fissured micro look white coloured laid over including grid work 600 x0600mm using GI powder coated `T` section grid as Main `T` 38 x25mm, cross `T` 25 x 25 mm and wall angle 25 x 25mm grid and 4mm dia GI suspension wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 6mm thick PVC hollow wall paneling plain/coloured/printed fixed with screws to wall and corner on pvc battens, edges of panels be sealed with appropriate arrangement, corner with silicone sealant or specialized construction adhesive match to colour and pattern as approved Complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully the existing unserviceable batten/conduit/concealed type aluminium point wiring for light, fan, socket 5 Amps and15 Amps complete removing the same including fittings/fixtures and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, ceiling etc.

Taking down unserviceable main switch/DB, Teak wood boards etc

Taking down submain wiring of any size complete all as directed.

M&L point wiring surface type with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), PVC insulated, multistranded, single core unsheathed, copper conductor cable (FRLS) drawn through and including PVC Conduits with all accessories complete fixed to walls /ceiling etc. with and including 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded, single core, copper cable (FRLS) green in colour as earth continuity wire connecting to common earth point including 1.6 mm thick MS/GI Modular Metal flush box of suitable size for mounting switches, sockets, regulators etc complete for one light/bell point /ceiling fan/ exhaust fan controlled by one ,one way switches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in charge.

All as per item No 07 above but for one 3/2 Pin 5 Amp socket out let point on the independent board.

All as per item No 07 above but for one socket outlet 3/2 pin, 5 Amp, point on the same board with other switches.

All as per item no 07 here-in-before but with cable 2.5 sqmm including 2.5 sqmm cable as earth wire for 15/16 amp socket point.
