Deployment of staff for running/ operation and Minor Maintenance of BPS and Office Building Andrews ganj with operation of sluice valve, LT panel & pump set, Electrician, Lift Operator, Helper, Sweeper & etc. staff to be deployed Skilled staff One No., Semi-Skilled Two Nos. and Un-Skilled Staff five Nos. These staff will look after the watch & ward in addition to operation of p/sets. Also covering in the scope of work to render the status of pumping, power failure, any electrical maintenance, cleaning of building inside & outside, Operation of Lifts and Operation of fire extinguisher, etc. on daily basis.
