M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 25mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of SE Paint over pink primer all as specified & directed.

S & F stainless steel butt hinges 100mm long medium weight etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 100mm long aluminum, anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified & directed.

S & F aluminum anodised handle 150 mm long cast type complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs 12mm thick Medium density fibre board, exterior grade, fixed to timber framework with screws other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screw to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 100mm long Hasp and staple, mild steel, wire type, stove enamelled black, including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws all as specified & directed.

Taking down safely old steel window/ ventilator shutter from position/frame repairing of existing shutter, cutting out old hinges system, providing and fixing new box type hinges (projected) and refxing in the same opening, including easening of shutter including minor cement repairs.

S&F in repair 100mm dia CI spun soil, waste and vent pipes in any length, with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed to walls including necessary Tee /Bends & dismantling of old unsv pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic colour tiles in vertical surface of size 450x 300x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 including dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing removing serviceable to store and removal rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick(square/ rectagular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sq m but not exceeding 0.18 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, including dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing removing serviceable to store and removal rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with old size sub class B brick staight or curved on plan to any radious built in cement mortar (1:6) using sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radious including demolition of brick work complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down wooden/steel chowkhats/door frame including shutter (without taking off shutter) not exc.1.5 Sqm each and removing to or from store complete all as spd & directed.

Uprooting and removing of wild growth trees from wall/roof/chajjas/CI pipes etc any location on buildings including removal of roots, sub roots upto 15cm girth etc, making good with PCC 1:2:4 or concrete in CM 1:3 as directed and finishes the surface matching with adjoining areas of wall/roof etc upto full height of bldgs (i.e. upto 9th storey bldg), including spaying Herbicide/ Weed killer as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing of old decorated surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on walls complete all as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of wall using wire brush/mechanical/ electrical driven sanders, washing, rubbing down and stoping of painted surface including preparation of surface etc and M&L for applying layer of 1mm thick white wall care putty for finishing the surface even to true aligned surface of wall/ceiling and smooth using sand papers and applying two coats of oil bound distemper all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of Ceiling using wire brush/mechanical/ electrical driven sanders, washing, rubbing down and stoping of painted surface including preparation of surface etc and M&L for applying layer of 1mm thick white wall care putty for finishing the surface even to true aligned surface of wall/ceiling and smooth using sand papers and applying two coats of oil bound distemper all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of wall using wire brush/mechanical/ electrical driven sanders, washing, rubbing down and stoping of painted surface including preparation of surface etc and applying two coats of cement base paint all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparation of old painted of wood or wood based surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted to steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not other wise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including easening of steel window by providing lubricant oil to hinges/pivot complete all as specified and directed.

Water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicator only. 2. Bitumen primer, bitumen and membrane shall be of same make / manufacturer. 3. The APP Membrane to be inserted in the parapet wall/wall by cutting chases of atleast 65mm X 50mm size & making good in CM 1:3.

M&L for 50mm thk avarage thickness PCC padding (1:3:6) as in roof padding over roof slabs finishing top with extra cement all as specified and directed.

NOTE : All items from 1 to 36 catered for high rise buliding upto Five stoiey building in piru vihar and contrctor quote the rate accondnigly ano not extra amount can be claimed on said aspects. Deduct Credit: for demolished/dismantled material of (-) Rs 147200.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderer's shall not quote against this item.
