Taking down complete of existing water proofing treatment of any description over roof slabs / parapets etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position including padding concrete all as specified and directed.

Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate average thickness 50mm as in levelling / padding course on roof slab, projections on similar surfaces existing with slope making the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:3 laid over the RCC roof slab, parapet wall when the concrete is green at any height and making the surface fair and even without using extra cement including using liquid integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

APP modified prefabricated polymeric water proofing membrane 4mm thick and weighing not less than 4.5 kg/sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester matt black finished weighing not less than 100 gm/sqm having softning point less than 140 degree celcius longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300N/sqcm, side lap 10cm with torch application of membrane over compatible primer at 0.40 Ltr/sqm and aluminium paint at 0.10 kg/sqm finished on top complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal from site for 15mm bore pipe all as specified and directed

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal from site for 20mm bore pipe all as specified and directed

Steel tubes medium grade galvanized with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors of any length of size 15mm bore all as specified and directed.

GI frame work for frame size 605mm x 605mm seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flages of 20mm and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed surrounding walls using Nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm c/c intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flages of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soft at approx 900mm c/c with GI cleat and section not exceeding 1.2mtr length of 0.55mm thickness having kurb web of 50mm of and flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to intermediate channel with connection clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm c/c complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in sections in any position in unframed works all as specified and directed.

Roof Tiles Mangalore pattern interlocking at side, joints laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

Ridge or Hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Second class hard wood clean sawn batten for MP tiles exceeding 5sq.cm and not exceeding 15sq.cm in sectional area at 15cm centres all as specified and directed.

Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting 0.63mm with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screw and washers, in roofs walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 all as specified and directed.

Second class hardwood as in scantling clean swan, fixed to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and directed.

Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc ,complete all as specified and as directed

75mm thick PCC type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, tank stagging complete and fair finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over new wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth over a coat of pink primer including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying 03 coats of Dr FIXIT NEW COAT, heavy duty Acrylic polymer based water proofing coating with integral micro fiber reinforcement over 1 coat of prime coat of Dr FIXIT PRIME SEAL over roof slab/ chajjas/ wall. Application and surface preparation to be strictly followed as per the manufacturer instruction including cleaning surfaces, coving the prepared substrate at junctions using polymer mortar to fill in the cracks opended up in V grooves complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Make:- Dr. Fixit or equivalent as approved by GE. 2. Work shall be carried out through manufacturer's applicators only.
