Providing and fitting of 630 Amp 4P, 415 Volt,50 HZ on-load manual changeover switch of reputed make (L&T/ Havells/ABB/SCHEIIDER/ Siemens/HPL or equivalent)conforming to IS /IEC 60947-3 EN 60947-3 Utilization category AC-23A equipped with all safety features inclusive of standard accessories such as terminal shroud, phase barrier ,source separator ,extended shaft with handle .Job involves providing and laying 70 sq. mm 3 core XLPE Al. armored power cable on HV side of 100 KVA transformer 37 mtr and 3.5 core 240 sq. mm Al. armored LT power cable on LV side of transformer 46 mtr. Job includes repairs and making necessary changes in spare incomer HT panel installed in the HT control panel (6.6 KV VCB Panel) in the pump room and providing and fitting of changeover switch in control room. Repairs to VCB (spare incomer Panel)by way of providing and fitting of TNC switch 01 No., Auxiliary switch 01 No., Spring charging motor 01 No., Shunt trip coil 01 No., closing coil 01 No., multi-function meter 01 No. LED bulb,indicating lamp in VCB panel and other necessary spare required for execution of job likebus bars, end termination kit, Al. thimbles, requisite number of nuts & bolts etc. required for completion of job. Complete job includes testing and commissioning of changeover switch after installation at site. Complete Job includes cost of material and labor charges etc. The job also includes repairs and servicing of 100 KVA LT transformer. Job involves carriage of transformer to workshop for repairs, extracting out the damaged /burnt coils and other parts of the transformer from the oil tank. Job includes replacement of two nos. LV leg coils by way of providing and fitting of new LV leg coils of superior quality Aluminum strips and Replacement of 12 Nos. HV coils with superior quality aluminum HV coils of requisite Gauge. Providing and fitting of 4 nos.LV Bushing,03 Nos. HV bushing, and metal parts, gasket set, sundry items, and insulation material. Heating it in oven for proper hot gear processing to get the required IR value. Assembling the transformer by using superior quality gasket. job also includes Filtration and dehumidification of transformer oil and topping with fresh transformer oil 90 litre. Shifting transformer to the site and installation on appropriate position with the help of crane.Earthing of 100 KVA transformer from 02 Nos earthing points/connection separate for neutral and body earthing of transformer with 40 mm dia G.I pipe earthing system and connecting the terminal/ points with 06 No. size GI wire.Connecting changeover switch to the existing earthing station. Making all electric connections and testing & commissioning on load.
