M&L Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated /trepezoidal steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of existing asbestos cement (corrugated/semi corrugated ,etc) sheets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corugated sheets in roof covering fixed with L or J type hook or cranked hook, bolts including dismantling of existing asbestos cement (corrugated/semi corrugated ,etc) sheets complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing AC (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheet & re-fixing the same in roof covering fixed with L or J type hook or cranked hook, bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Asbestos cement single piece adjustable serrated ridge for corrugated or semi corrugated sheets including dismantling of existing sheet complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs 1.00 mm thick plain black, mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips valley gutters drip and straight flashings (length and girth) welded or soldered joints are provided complete all as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick built in CM 1:4 including domolition of existing brick work, complete all as directed .

S&F in repairs false ceiling with pre-coated standard GI angle, Tee and grid suspended with 2 mm dia GI wire at 600mm c/c ,Angle of size 25x25x0.7mm fixed around, main Tee and Cross Tee of the section 38x25x0.7mm with soffits clips, holding and level clips, Gypsum board of size 600x600 mm of 12.5 mm thick with white paper layer on face side as directed and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion over a coat of primer, complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs 12mm thick Gyp board false ceiling of any size fixed with screws as directed and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as directed .

S&F in repairs gypsum corner moulds of decorative type fixed over wall junction and finished similar to ceiling all as directed cross section area exc 13 sqcm and n.exc 25 sqcm complete all as directed.

M/L for preparation of new surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over primer complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding concrete , coving of in vertical junctions, coping and plat form for OH water tanks etc on roof top including demolition of existing PCC complete all as directed.

Taking down existing roof treatment of tarfelt or of any description completely as directed and removing the debris to a distance exc 250m and n.exc 500m and depositing where directed complete all as directed.

M&L Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm on roof surface complete all as directed.

M&L for cement screed/rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) over roof slab including parapets inverted beams etc. mixed with water proofing compound, rendering all as specified and directed (WPC shall be measured and paid separately) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric over a coat of hot bitumen 85/25 grade applied @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm after priming the surface with bitumenious emulsion (tack coat) @ 100 gms/sqm with 10 cm overlap of the membrane to be provided duly fused uniformly by LPG torch flame complete all as directed. Note: Work shall be carried and by authorised applicator only.

M&L for preparation of surface and applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 100 ml/sqm over APP membrane all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 350x250x7mm /450 x 300 x 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles laid on and including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) as backing coat including dismantling of existing tiles including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 10mm thick, light shade vitrified ceramic tiles, area of each tile n exc. 0.36 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in cloured cement to match laid on and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) ,complete including dismantling of existing tiles including cement mortar bedding all as specified and as directed..
