Excavation in trenches in soft /loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying of cables etc, getting out and forming bottom surface to required gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming to excavated soil in layers not exc 25 cm thick each complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point in soils complete all as specified.

M & L for HDPE Pipes PN 10 of size 75 mm for protection of cables to be laid under roads, crossings/culverts complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up underground unservicable cable of any size from existing trench including bricks, etc and removing of materials from work site all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power under ground cables, heavy duty with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 300 sqmm 3.5 core with all fixing & connecting accessories such as Alluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc complete as specified and as directed. Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of size upto 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations for filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type kiosk panel board suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 V, 50 Hz and tested at CPRI for 415 volts factory fabricated in an approved factory having modern fabrication process powder coating in approved shade having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS : 8623/93 comprising. The outer shell shall be made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet and MS angle section 40x40x6 mm base frame factory fabricated with front openable, double door system lockable/ open able. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having size with glands. The outer shell shall be mounted on stand having zine coating not less than 80 microns. Provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made.

The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP - 54. Inner shell shall be made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gear, TPN copper bus bar of rating not less than the 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB. The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleave. All control wires shall be with 2.5 sqmm multi strand copper conductor and shall be propely bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequate size of lugs, incl all MCCBs/MCBs with rotary handle in LT Panel all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Removing the incoming and out going cable connection, remove the earth strip from body and neutral point carefully from the existing and carefully kept aside for re installation.After PCC foundation reinstalled the LT Panel in PCC foundation care fully and reconnecting testing of DG set as directed at site

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 with 40mm graded stone aggregate filling road cutting incl necessary form work all as specified and as directed

M/L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 25 x 4 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer of GI steel and connecting to testing point including provision of test point and all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Pt I. The work is inclusive of necessary earth work and PCC chamber in RCC (1:2:4) Type B-1using 20mm crushed stone aggregate with 8 CTD bar reinforcement both ways at 140 mm centre to centre complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) GI earth lead beyond 7.5M shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) The rate include measuring earth resistance

Supply and fixing GI earth strip of size 25x4 mm in ground not exceeding 40cm deep / fixing to wall / structure including earthwork and necessary insulators, clamps, bolts, nuts etc.

Supply & laying in ground GI tubing light grade 40mm bore dia including necesary fittings for protecting earth continuity strip all as specified.
