S&F plain 2nd class hardwood 35mm thich framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. S&F for 30mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skelton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edge of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc. sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) completed all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C` channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, & bottom rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed

S&F for SDC Laminated flooring 8mm thick of any coloured manufactured by Direct Pressure Laminated (DPL) wherein the empty Abrasive aluminium oxide overlay alongwith metamine impregnated decorated film is directly fused with the back with flooring locking profile in designed with double click locking system on the length and single locking width alongwith desire locking strength laid over 1mm thick foam base complete all as direceted by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness including nainital or similar pattern roof covering/wall complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for 0.50mm thick CGI sheets fixed to wall/roof with two corrogations side lap, fixed with L- type or J type or cranked hook bolts and washers with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 0.50mm thick CGI sheets fixed to wall/roof with two corrogations side lap, fixed with L- type or J type or cranked hook bolts and washers but except sheeting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 0.50 mm thick plain galvanised mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashings fixed with L- type or J type or cranked hook bolts and washers with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth including preparing new zinc or galvanised surfaces to receive painting by coating with mordant solution incl washing and cleaning etc completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 is to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staples complete all as specified & directed.

S&F aluminium anodised windows with side hung shutters / sliding shutters and frame made with aluminium section with and including glass/particle board 12mm thick (as specified below) Aluminium sections shall be of size as given below:- Frame : 44.5x44.5x1.60mm thick Top/bottom rail; 90x44.5mmx1.60mm thick side style/rails of shutter-44.5x44.5mmx1.60mm thick Glass : 5mm thick plain glass with rubber gasket with aluminium beading . Aluminium fitting such as peg stay, aluminium hinges, aluminium handle 100mm long, aluminium tower bolt 100mm long and making good of wall surface with matching to existing surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F aluminium anodised glazed door complete with shutter size of style top rail and lock rail 83x45x1.60mm thick and bottom rail 114x44x1.60mm thick and door frame size 63x38x1.60 mm including aluminium mongry fitting, hinges, tower bolt, handle, lock etc all necessary fittings and glazing with 5mm thick tinted glass/12mm thick pre laminated particle board complete including rubber lining at sides for air locking with complete all as speicified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
