RequiredThe bidder shall pay 1% EMD of Rs.1,20,705/- in favour of the Commissioner, GHMC through online.

RequiredSimilar work experience: The bidder should have similar work experience of value not less than Rs.120.70 Lakhs in supply and delivery in all the (11) items of the kit, in any State/Central Govt./Semi-Govt./PSU Departments/ ULBs in any one year during the last (03) financial years of 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26.

RequiredA self-declaration certificate on blacklisting/litigation/vigilance history(sample certificate is attached at Annexure-I).

RequiredThe agency should have local office, at Hyderabad.

RequiredThe Physical sample of PPE kit (proposed to be supplied by the bidder) shall be submitted to the ZCTO, SBZ, GHMC on or before the last date of bids, failing which the bidder shall be disqualified without further evaluation.

RequiredThe Bidder / Agency should enclose self declaration, regarding the genuinity of documents uploaded through e-procurement. If any inappropriate / false documents are found later, action will be taken against the Bidder/Agency as per rules in vogue.

RequiredThe Successful L-1 bidder has to pay ASD amount at the time of agreement if quoted percentage is more than 25 percentage less.
