Dismentling of alternator assembly of any capapcity DG set from 125 KVA to 320 KVA from the engine, transportation to authorised workshop and back loading to the MES Power House after carrying out the repair work and refixing the same with engine & testing the alternator on load to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge.(any repair work including spares required will be measured and paid separately). Any damage if occured during transportation will be the responsiblity of contractor for making the same good.

Taking out the rotor assembly of alternator of capacity 125 KVA to 200 KVA ,cleaning the assembly of rotor and excitor along with stator with the help of air blow to make the windings free from dust cleaning the stator slots with the help of calfonex oil and windings of stator and rotor with the help of any suitable cleaning agent to make the winding free from any greasy material or all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

All as per sl item No 2 above but of capacity 225 KVA to 320 KVA.

M&L for Disc assembly of DG Set capacity 125 KVA to 200 KVA including nuts, bolts washer of suitable sizes including taking out the old unserviceable one all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour in replacement of coupling (Engine to Alternator) with existing size for DG set capacity 125 KVA to 320 KVA DG Set complete all as required at site and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and Replacement of Diode assembly complete with 6 Nos diode of 25 Amp capacity for DG set capacity 125 to 200 KVA DG set (make stemford or equivalent) complete including taking out the old unserviceable from Alternator all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and Replacement of Diode assembly complete with 6 Nos diode of 25 Amp capacity for DG set of capacity 225 to 320 KVA DG set (make stemford or equivalent) complete including taking out the old unserviceable from Alternator all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and Replacement of diode for alternator of DG set capacity 125 KVA to 200 KVA DG Set with negative and positive combination complete all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and Replacement of diode for alternator of DG set capacity 225 KVA to 320 KVA DG Set with negative and positive combination complete all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and Replacement of AVR complete of DG set of capacity 125 KVA to 320 KVA DG set including taking out the unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Material and labour for rewinding of rotor assembly after taking out from alternator and cleanig properly to slot for rewinding of DG set capacity 125 KVA to 200 KVA, complete with standard enamelled insulated wire, H class insulation varnish, insulation papers, Glass sleeves of suitable size, tap roll of H class insulation complete all as per required. Note: (a) Transportation charges including dismantling from engine, loading and unloading of alternator will be measured and paid separately under Item Ser No 1. (b) DIsmantling of Rotor/ Stator assembly from alternator willbe measured and paid seperately under Item Ser No 2.

Material and labour for rewinding of rotor assembly after taking out from alternator and cleanig properly to slot for rewinding of DG set capacity 225 KVA to 320 KVA, complete with standard enamelled insulated wire, H class insulation varnish, insulation papers, Glass sleeves of suitable size, tap roll of H class insulation complete all as per required. Note: (a) Transportation charges including dismantling from engine, loading and unloading of alternator will be measured and paid separately under Item Ser No 1. (b) DIsmantling of Rotor/ Stator assembly from alternator willbe measured and paid seperately under Item Ser No 3.

Material and labour for rewinding of stator windings after seggregate rotor and stator seperately cleaning the slot properly and prepare for rewinding the stator assembly complete with standard enameled insulated wire, H class insulation varnish, insulation paper, Glass sleeves of suitable size, tap roll of H Class insulation complete all as required for 125 KVA to 200 KVA DG set. Note: (a) Transportation charges including dismantling from engine, loading and unloading of alternator will be measured and paid separately under Item Ser No 1. (b) DIsmantling of Rotor/ Stator assembly from alternator willbe measured and paid seperately under Item Ser No 2.

(b) DIsmantling of Rotor/ Stator assembly from alternator willbe measured and paid seperately under Item Ser No 3.

Material and labour in replacment of CT Coils of 125 KVA to 320 KVA complete set and rewinding the same with standard copper enamlled wire complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply only coolant DAFC-50 of authentic make complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of PVC terminal plate suitable for 125 KVA to 200 KVA DG set including suitable size of nuts and bolts complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of PVC terminal plate suitable for 225 KVA to 320 KVA DG set including suitable size of nuts and bolts complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Battery 12 Volt 180 AH with copper lead of 2.0 mtr length of suitable size complete with brass terminal including nut bolt washer etc all as required at site. Make:- Exide or equivalent

Supply and fixing in replacement of ball bearing of alternator assy of DG set capacity 125 KVA to 200 KVA including nuts, bolts and washer complete as per site requirment . Make- SKF / NBC/ FAG

Supply and fixing in replacement of ball bearing of alternator assy of DG set capacity 225 KVA to 320 KVA including nuts, bolts and washer complete as per site requirment . Make- SKF / NBC/ FAG

Material and labour for replacement of battery charging alternator assy/ dynamo suitable for 24 volt complete as per site requirment and directed by Enge-in- Charge.

Note : Schedule of credit for Rs. 67,570.00 (Rupees Sixty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Seventy only) to be deducted on acceptances of bid.Details of Schedule of credit is given in tender documents
