Item No .1 Taking down of old UNSV/Package/ Ductable Type Air conditioning Plant including connected acessories(Floor/Ceiling mounted AHUs of various capacities, Hot water Genrators, LT Panel Boards, Electric driven pump motor) of various capacity, Details as given below:-(a) 4 x 7.5 TR , Intervantion Lab (b) 4 x 7.5 TR, MRI Centre (c) 4 x 15 TR ,JRC (d) 2 x 15 TR, Path Lab. (e) 2 x 30 TR , ART Centre (f) 2 x 30 TR , BMT Centre. NOTE:- OLD EQUIPMENT ARE THE PROPERTY OF DEPARTMENT AND TO BE DEPOSITED TO MES YARD.

Item No .2 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of air cooled Scroll chiller with multi compressor and comprising of one or multiple hermetic compressor ,DX evaporator shell and tube condenser ,suitable expansion device suitable for operation on R 407 c Refrigrent of capacity minimum 30 TR for ART and BMT centre including suitable LT panel Board indoor type CPRI approved , made out of 2mm thick MS Sheet comprising of MCB,MCCB,Contactors,Relays fully automatic,Star-Delta starter,Over load protection,CT Coils,Digital Voltmeter,Ameter,Start/stop push Button and Phase indicator of suitable capacity for ART and BMT with following parameter :- (a) Chilled water in Temp : 12 Deg c (b) chilled water out Temp : 7 Deg c (c) WBT 83 Deg F (d) Ambieant temp 45 Deg centigrate. Note- (i) BMT Centre - 2 Nos (ii) ART Centre- 2 Nos (iii) The contractor must visit the site before quoting the rate.

Item No .3 Supply installation testing and commissioning of Chilled water pump set monoblock type with capacity of 156 USGPM , 20 M Head set of for BMT and ART complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) BMT Centre - 2 Nos (ii) ART Centre- 2 Nos (iii) The contractor must visit the site before quoting the rate.

Item No .5 All as per Srl item No.4 (hereinbefore) but of the capacity 6000 CFM for ART, BMT and JRC complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) BMT Centre - 02 Nos (ii) ART Centre- 02 Nos (iii) JRC Centre - 01 Nos (iv) The contractor must visit the site before quoting the rate.

Item No .6 All as per Srl item No.4 (hereinbefore) but of the capacity 3000 CFM for JRC and LAB complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) Molecular Lab - 02 Nos (ii) JRC Centre- 01 Nos (iii) The contractor must visit the site before quoting the rate.

The parameter shall be as under :- (a) Chilled water in Temp : 12 Deg c (b) chilled water out Temp : 7 Deg c (c) WBT 83 Deg F (d) Ambient temp 45 Deg centigrate. Note- The contractor must visit the site before quoting the rate to see the existing location of plant which is located at difference floor. Note- (i) Molecular Lab - 02 Nos (ii) JRC Centre- 04 Nos (iii) The contractor must visit the site before quoting the rate.

Item No .8 Supply installation Testing and comissioning of Chilled water/hot water Monoblock Pump set of capacity 40 USGPM, 20 Mtr Head for JRC and LAB complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) Molecular Lab - (Chilled Water- 03 Nos & Hot Water- 01 Nos) (ii) JRC Centre- (Chilled Water-04 Nos & Hot Water- 02 Nos) (iii) The contractor must visit the site before quoting the rate.

Item No .9 Supply installation Testing and comissioning of Hot water Genrator of capacity 18 KW. Indoor type ,IP :52 & IP:55 Degree protaction as complete package with all components mounted wired and plumbed as necessary to allow installation and start up with minimum effort for JRC and LAB complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) Molecular Lab - 01 Nos (ii) JRC Centre- 01 Nos (iii) The contractor must visit the site before quoting the rate.

Item No .10 Supply installation testing and comissoning of Ductable airconditioning units complete comprising of hermetically sealed scrool compressor with microprocessor based control , including copper refrigrent piping , electric wire connection between indoor and outdoor unit with R407C Refrigrent of capacity minimum 8.5 TR for MRI and Intervantion Lab complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) Indoor unit to be fixed in celling. (ii) MRI - 04 Nos (iii) Invention Lab- 04 Nos (iii) The contractor must visit the site before quoting the rate.

Item No .11 Supply installation Testing and commissioning of seamless heavy gauge refrigrent copper piping of size 7/8" liquid line duly insulated with 13mm thick nitrile rubber insulation covered with alluminium foil (As per specific with K value of 0.027-0.029K Cal/hrs.M deg C at 0-16 Deg C) including taking down old copper pipe, support fixing joints etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No .12 Supply installation Testing and commissioning of seamless heavy gauge refrigrent copper piping of size 11/8" liquid line duly insulated with 13mm thick nitrile rubber insulation covered with alluminium foil (As per specific with K value of 0.027-0.029K Cal/hrs.M deg C at 0-16 Deg C) including taking down old copper pipe, support fixing joints etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No .13 Supply installation testing and commissioning of pvc insulated copper cable for 8.5 TR DSU of size 3 core 4 sqmm for compressor including PVC conduit of suitable size including taking down old copper pipe, support fixing joints etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No .14 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of pvc copper cable for 8.5 TR DSU of size 7 core 1.5 sqmm for indoor & outdoor units including PVC conduit of suitable size including taking down old copper pipe, support fixing joints etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No .15 Supply installation testing and commissioning of pvc copper cable for 8.5 TR DSU of size 3 core 1.5 sqmm for indoor unit including PVC conduit of suitable size including taking down old copper pipe, support fixing joints etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No .16 Supply installation testing and commissioning of MCCB 63 Amp 4 pole 36 KA for individual ductable units including taking down old MCCB complete all as specified and directed.

Item No .17 M & L in replacment of pre-insulated MS pipe of class 'C' having thickness of PUF insulation 36 mm of density 36 Kg/Cum and 26 Gauge GI clading complete suitable for above ground of size 100 mm including taking down old pipe alongwith accessoires complete all as specified and directed.

Item No .36 Supply, fixing and laying, in replacement of GI duct fabricated from 22 Guage Sheet of any dimension/cross-section with and including all necessary fixing arrangement and support to roof and connected accessories i. e. nut, bolts, fastener, flat iron strip, clamps etc and taking down of old duct alongwith accessories, complete all as directed.

Item No .37 Supply, fixing and laying, in replacement of Aluminium duct fabricated from 24 Guage Sheet of any dimension/cross-section with and including all necessary fixing arrangement and support to roof and connected accessories i. e. nut, bolts, fastener, flat iron strip, clamps etc and taking down of old duct alongwith accessories, complete all as directed.

Item No .45 M&L for XLPE insulated heavy duty electrical cables with aluminium conductor,1100 volt grade,cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 3 core including taking down old cable complete all as specified and directed.

Item No .46 M&L for XLPE insulated heavy duty electrical cables with aluminium conductor,1100 volt grade,cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 3 core including taking down old cable complete all as specified and directed.

Item No .47 Supply only, in replacement, of absolute HEPA Filter AAFH1 of size 610 x 610 x 300 mm having rated flow of 1700 CMH, pressure drop less than 25 mm WG and efficiency more than 99.97 down to 0.3 micron, including taking down old HEPA fitter complete all as specified and directed.

Item No .48 M&L for 50 mm bore gate valve cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with clutch handle screwed both ends for Iron pipe including taking out of old unserviceable gate valve complete all as specified and directed.
