Dismantling of Flexible Pavements: Dismantlingof flexible pavements and isposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 100 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per MoRTH Specification Clause 202 By Mechanical Means Bituminous Courses

Dismantling of cement concrete pavements by mechanical means using pneumatic tools breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately

Prime Coat - Low porosity -Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base(WBM/WMM) including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MoRTH Specification Clause 502

Tack Coat :- Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 to 0.45 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MoRTH Specification Clause 503 and IRC-16-2008

20mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (Viscosity grade/modified bitumen) Binder: Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using Viscosity grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per MoRTH Specification Clause 510. Case - II By Mechanical Means Bitumen (VG-30)

Seal Coat: Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per MoRTH Specification Clause 511. By Mechanical Means Case - II : Type B Bitumen (VG-30)
