Labour charges for chipping of the wornout wall before taking up the tiles works including dismentling of damaged falls ceiling .

Supplying, fitting and fixing 1st quality ceramic tiles in walls & floors to match with the existing work& 4 nos. of key stones (10mm) fixed with araldite at the back of each tile & finishing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring oxide if required) to match the colour of tile including roughening of concrete surface if necessary or by synthetic adhesive & grout materials etc. with sand cement mortar (1:3) 15 mm thick & 2mm thick cement slurry at the back of tiles using white cement slurry @ 0.20kg/sqm. /area of each tile above 0.09 sqm../ colour decorative wall with cement mortar (1:3) 15 mm thick & 2 mm thick cement slurry at back side of tiles using cement @ 2.91kg/sqm and joint filling using white cement slurry @ 0.20kg/ sqm. Rendering the surface wall, ceiling with white cement based putty of approved make and brand.

Removing loose scales, blisters etc. from old painted surface and thoroughly smoothening the surface to make the same suitable for receiving fresh coat of paint.

Applying interior grade acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or concrete surface old or new surface to receive distemper / acrylic emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of EIC./ two coats/ water based interior grade Acrylic primer.

Applying acrylic emulsion paint of approved make and brand on walls and ceiling including sand papering in intermidiate coats including putty. Two coats.

Priming one coat on timber, plaster or on steel with synthetic enamel / oil bound primer paint of approved quality including smoothing the surface by sand papering etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic paint of approved make and brand including smoothing the surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty on the surface if necessary./ with super gloss / two coats

Supplying,fitting and fixing of boiling water proof ply conforming to IS 710:1977 bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin of approved make and brand fitted and fixed as per design and approval of EIC ( excluding cost of supporting frame work and teak wood batten/ lipping) / a.( 19 mm ply. ( wall cabinet size 6'(l) x 2' x 1.5'(d)

Supplying, fitting and fixing decorative lamination conforming to IS: 2046:1995 as per approved make andbrand finish and thickness with fitting, fixing the same on particle board/ ply with recommended / approved adhesive with proper clipping the sides for better attachment as per direction of EIC./ 1.0 mm thickness.
