Renovation of Mist Chamber for the Deptt. of SAF at UHF Nauni, Solan.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas in all width including getting out and disposal of excavated earth all leads, lifts and carriage of material as directed by the Engineer-incharge a)Ordinary rock.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge a). Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

a). 1:2:4 (one cement: two sand: four graded Stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty milimetre) nominal size.

b). 1:5:10 (one Cement : five sand : ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty milimetre) nominal size

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, ifnishing and reinforcement work up to plinth level with 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand (zone - III) : six graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more..

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to all floor level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (one cement : one & half coarse sand : three graded stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty milimetre) nominal size) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to all floor level with Cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
