Preparation of DPR for Provn of 7.5 MLD STP and Related infra at Hisar Mil Stn (AMWP 2022-23, List - IV, Ser - 02) Under GE West Hisar " which include the following activities:- a) Expert consultancy for 7.5 MLD STP for Designing (hydraulically, structurally & aesthetically), providing, constructing, hydraulic testing, commissioning and giving satisfactory trials of consisting of following Coarse Bar Screening Chamber (RCC) with steel screen (manual), Receiving Sump RCC, Submersible Pumps in receiving sump, Stilling Chamber in RCC, Fine bar Screen chamber(manual) RCC with steel screen, Oil & Grease Remover(RCC), Grit separator, Equalization Tank( 2 Tanks of 50% Capacity each), Air Grid for Equalization Tanks, Feed Pumps(2 No),Design ,drawing, schedule and specification of Moving Bed Bio Reactor(s) system sewage treatment plant including all related civil electrical and mechanical and other allied works based on suitable technology to treat entire domestic sewage and deliver treated water of ambient quality parameter as pH-7 to 8.0,BOD <10 mg/L, COD<150 mg/L, TSS <10mg/L, TN <10 mg/L,P<2mg/L, Coliform < 100 counts/100 ml & residual chlorine >0.5 mg/L (of appropriate density, size and quantity to keep very high MLSS > 15,000 mg/lit), Air Blowers for MBBR(2 Nos), Tube Settler assembly, Sludge Pump screw type(2 Nos), Sludge thickener centrifuge/ drum type, Sludge holding tank, Air Grid for Sludge holding, Chlorine Dozing System, Chlorine contact tank, Chlorinator room, Foundation for all E/M equipments, Associated piping work with required valves, gates, drains, pathways, Electrical control Panel with interconnecting cable, administration block cum laboratory, laboratory equipments, spare parts for 2 years of operation, etc. complete as turnkey job with all involved civil, electrical, digital and mechanical as per detailed specifications for civil, electrical and mechanical components with all duties and taxes complete. (Also refer imp notes below). For tertiary treatment it also includes Filter Feed Tank of RCC, Filter Feed Pumps, Dual Media Filter, Activated Carbon Filter, Treated water Tank in RCC. Distribution of Treated sewage water for irrigation, horticulture, fire fighting and MT wash. (b) Planning of the infrastructure project and working out detailed layout for entire 7.5 MLD Project and No objection clearance from Govt authorities related to environemental issues in future. (c) Reconnaissance survey to get broad view of the entire area for planning and to know the details of various structures and utilities/services at proposed site. (d) Fixing of Latitude and Longitude at two locations in the entire site with the help of 12 channel GPS (Global Positioning System) with latest state of the art technology for establishing GPS Control Points, based on WGS coordinate system. (e ) Mobilisation of tools and Equipments from laboratory to site and back, for determination of Modulus of Sub-Grade Reaction (K-Value) of soils in the field as per IS : 9214-1979 including loading and unloading of sand bags, labour charges etc complete as directed. (f) Geotechnical investigation and sub soil exploration by trail bores at required locations as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge to a minimum depth of 30 m from the existing ground level. Testing for SBC,profile, Sub soil water table complete as directed and as per relevant IS.sewer lines, fire control systems etc from various sources and compilation of the available data at site. (g) Adherence to "Green Building" guidelines and the National building code, GRIHA for other statutes for STP standards and other applicable modern international standards to ensure an energy efficient green building. (h) Submission of specification and literature of all the electrical and mechanical equipment/machinery and components , complete architect design & drawing including the structure design of all water retaining structure shall be got vetted from IIT/NIT. Design and preparation of structural drawing of STP and UG Sump cum pump house in case of mechanical lifting is considered incl carrying out soil investigation at proposed UG Sump location and vetted by IIT/NIT (j) Compiling and submission of 05 sets of hard copies and soft copies in compact discs of detailed project report (DPR) including Arch and Structural drawing for the entire system design calculation , external electric electrification, water supply, Road and fencing, bills of quantities priced on SSR 2020, soil investigation report, design data/ ground data etc for present and future prospective plan which is considered as a prime consideration in STP planning should also be proposed/requirement as per approved zonal plan of station
