Material & labour for sand cushioning to UG cable 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15cm above the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid.

Material & labour for Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 with flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Notes : (1) The transformer shall be IS marked with energy efficiency level -3 category and having BEE certification. Routine and type test cerificate (as per IS-2026) shall be produced by the tenderer. Certification from BIS and BEE shall be produced against the manufacturer. (2) The unit rate quoted shall include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil and PCC plinth of size 3mx3mx1.25m as per manufacturer design. (3) Pre commissioning test of transformer shall be carried out by SEI from HQ CE (WC) and the unit rate quoted shall deemed to include cost of the same. (4) Drawing for the transformer shall be got approved by the GE before placing order by contractor. (5) Drawing for the transformer shall be approved by the GE before placement the order contractor.

Supply, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, armoured cable for working voltage of 11000 Volts earthed, under ground HT cable, PVC insulated, armoured, 3 core, nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 95 Sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS-7098 (Part-I) 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, under floors, through GI Pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix/errection in true vertical position steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate,finial,taper plug,bolts,nuts and screws type 410 SP-55 ,11.0 metres long, duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and providing 30 cm wide alternate black and yellow strips up to 1.5 meter from GL complete all as specified and directed. Note- Excavation, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Material & labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation of electric poles, for base of pole , struts complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation of electric poles, mass filling complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in coping of electric poles complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing Only switch air break gang operated out door HT 11 KV triple pole mechanically operated mounted on HT insulators (12 Nos insulators) type and MS galvanised steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level including operating rod for current rating upto 200 Amps, 11000 volts complete with locking arrangements MS clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc. including fuse barrels of required capacity to suit the load at site including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work complete all as specified and directed. Fixing Only lightening arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp 11000 volt including brackets, clamps, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, burried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to equipment by using GI strips of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts,nuts,checknut & washers of galvanised iron all as shown in elect plate No.3 of MES schedule and connected to earthing test point all as specified and directed including earth pit of size 30cmx30cmx45cm made of PCC 1:3:6 and PCC 1:2:4 cover, funnel, GI tubing etc. & testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The unit rate quoted shall include the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil ,charcoal & salt in altemate layers, 20mm GI Pipe (light grade) for watering, 40mm GI protection pipe (light grade), funnel, wire mesh, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber, 50 mm thick precast RCC M-25 ( Design mix) cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg /sqm ) and CI frame etc , test point , connecting to test point and testing on completion etc, complete all as specified. The unit rate quoted shall include the cost of earthing lead and protection pipe upto 6.5 metre from top of earth plate

Material & labour for fabrication, install and testing of LT panel, double door, outdoor type dust & Vermin proof, CPRI approved, self supporting fabricated out of CRCA sheet steel 3 mm thick, with base ISMB 100 mm and Angle Iron frame (50x50x5 mm) support to mount panel and tightened with 06 Nos 30 mm x 15 mm bolts & nuts with 4 Legs 30 cms below & 30 cms above GL grouted in PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 , cubicle type floor mounting, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 V, 50 Hz, AC supply, having cable ally on both sides of panel independant bays for incoming & outgoings with openable from front, rear, left & right side, powder coated (10 tank process). Cable lugs shall be used to terminate cables/wires. Existing incoming connections are to be re-arranged as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Fixing Only heat shrinkable type cable end jointing kit, out door type for HT 11000 volts grade (Earthed) UG cables complete with jointing materials and acessories suitable for 3 core XLPE aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Supply, jointing and testing LT UG XLPE cable straight through joints (Tubular sleeve virson) including jointing materials and accessories complete, heat shrinkable outdoor cable joint kit suitable for XLPE 1100 Volts cable of size 185 Sqmm, 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing Single shaded reflective sign board of size 2x1 M of high intensity reflective sheet computer cut, back ground of sky blue/green colour and white letters (letters and diagrams to be written on the board, shall be provided by JE E/M /Engineer-in-Charge) mounted aluminium sheet 2mm thick fixed on angle iron frame of size 40x40x6 mm and supported by angle iron 40x40x6 mm complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as specifed. Note- Unit rate quoted shall include the cost of angle iron frame, supports, nuts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and directed.
