REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF DG SET, BATTERY BANK, APFC PANELS AND ALLIED WORKS AT DHANA MIL STN

Material & labour for Maintenance and servicing of DG set of capacity 140 KVA draining out of diesel from tank, cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling drained diesel, drain out engine oil from the oil sump cleaning the sump and refilling the sump with new engine oil of Make K Oil 20W/40, to its maximum level, applying petroleum jelly on the Battery terminals and cleaning the entire DG set, checking and rectification of any defects of output voltage, RPM, exhaust leakages etc. Tightening the foundation & exhaust manifold bolts & nuts and testing as directed by the Engineer in Charge including replacement of following items complete all as directed and specified by Engr -In-Charge. (a) Fuel filter element (b) Oil filter elements (c) V-Belt (d) Air cleaner filter (e) Magnet Pickup (f) Hose pipe for radiator (g) Flexible Hose for vent (h) Fuel pipe return. NOTE :- Servicing of DG Set is done by authorised company of DG Set. Contractor will provide all documents regarding service.

Material & labour for spray painting of DG Sets of capacity upto and including 160 KVA (in situ) any type, installed and located at different sites in scattered area at SI line complete all as specified and as directed including the following: - (a) Removal of burnt grease,dust, oil and other contaminants using de-greasing solvent. (b) De-rusting of surface and cleaning manually by scrubbing by brushing. (c) Washing thoroughly and dry properly. (d) Applying one coats of primer by spray machine (e) Final painting of two coats with super glossy synthetic enamel paint as recommended by OEM through spray machine over priming coat. (f) the colours of painting shall be as per existing colour matching including writing SM/ MES No.at top of the corner of the body.

Material & labour for repairing of battery charger , 6-72 volts capacity by replacing Amp meter, volt meter, selector swtich, complete wiring , transformer etc including painting complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for engine oil 15W 40 of approved make as approved by EIC Complete all as directed.

Material & labour for dismantling existing unserviceable radiator and carrying out repair by draining out water/coolant,carring out pressure test and rectifying leakage by brazing/soldering test and reinstalling including topup/filling fresh coolant as on required basis all as directed and specified for DG set upto 160 KVA capacity

Dismantling of unserviceable self starter 12 volts of DG Set of capacity 160/140/30 KVA including replacment of worn out parts like bendex, piston, bush housing etc including refixing and testing .complete all as diected and specified by Engr -In-charge.

Dismantling of unserviceable dynamo/alternator of DG Set of capacity 140 KVA including replacment of worn out parts like carbon bushes,solenoid switch bearing, armature etc including refixing and testing .complete all as diected and specified by Engr -In-charge.

Supply only distilled water in sealed bottle of one liter capacity complete all as specified and directed.
