M&L for brick masonary valve pit chamber of size 450 mm x 450 mm x 450 mm ( internal dimension), with 3 mm thick mild steel sheet cover fixed with two Nos stainless steel hinges of 75 mm long on angle iron frame of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick (mild steel sheet cover and angle iron frame shall be painted with two coats of bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer) , locking arrangement with lock and keys of godrej make ,PCC ( 1:3:6) 150 mm thick , type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in foundation, 230 mm thick brick masonry built in cement mortar 1:6, 50mm thick coping with PCC 1:3:6 , typeC-0 ( using 12.5mm graded crushed stone agreegate) , 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to all internal and exposed surfaces of valve pit including necessary excavation and earth work etc all as shown in drawing & as directed.

Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of indoor type wall mounted(with bolts and nuts) encloser distribution box of size( 600mm x 600 mm x 200 mm )made out of 2 mm thick CRCA M S sheet with front opening door other door shall be opaque.All doors should have gasket and locking arrangement.The cabinet shall be painted both internally and externally with Powder coated paint of shade SIEMENS GRAY after necessary 7 tank process pre treatment of sheets. The cabinet shall be dust and vermin proof with degree of minium protection IP-51.The cabinet shall be comprising with the following accessories:- (a) MCCB 4 pole,125 Amps "ICs =100% of ICu, with breaking capacity 16 KA having fixed type -01 Nos. (b) Copper bus bar of capacity 200 Amp, duly mounted on FRP/DMC insulators and necessary connection for (one incoming & minimum 4 outgoings) and duly covered with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves of standard colour code-04Nos. (C)Internal wiring of meter/MCB/Cable connector shall be carried with 6 sqmm and from MCCB to bus bar to be 25 sqmm multistranded flexible copper wire with FRLS grade PVC insulation of 1100 Volt rating including necessary lugs/nuts/bolts/washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Bringing Earth from out side MOD land and spreading in layers n.exc 25 cm thickness including watering and rolling with 8 to 10 ton power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Following drawings in 06 hard Copies and 06 CDs be provided by the contractor after the work is completed to the entire satisfaction of GE. (a) Record drawings mentioning , Internal electrification and internal water supply. (b) Building inventories for B/R and E/M fixtures. (c) External water supply , external electric supply and sewage lines schematic line plans. (d) Periodical services measurement book for internal / external periodical finishes of each building separately .These drawing shall be got approved by the contractor from GE.
