REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF LT PANELS INCLUDING SWITCHGEARS AND ASSOCIATED WORKS AT AF STN

Taking down old unserviceable LT UG Cable 300 Sqmm 3.5 Core from Trenches complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge..

M&L for shifting of Existing LT Panel and dismantling/demolition of concrete foundation carefully shifting up to 7 -10 Meter Distance for reinstalling the same within 7-10 mtrs with PCC foundation ,Cable connection from LT panel to old cables using with new cables and necessary cables,cable Joint kits,cable lugs etc. complete all as specified and directed.Note:-Cables, joint kits,cable lugs,necessary PCC foundation are paid separately.

Supply and lay LT under ground cable XLPE insulated armoured 1100V grade with multistranded aluminium conductor confirming to relevant IS in trenches, ducts, through pipes fixed to wall etc all as directed including cable gland, terminal socket and connecting up of size 300 sqmm 3.5 core including dismantling of old U/S cable.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying/repair of cable.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Supply bricks of size 230 mm x 115 mm x 75 mm, sub class 'B' laid dry flat perpendicular to axis of cable for protecting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Spread Natural Riddled soil in trenches for cushioning and covering to cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Straight hot shrink cable joint kit for LT ug cable of size 300 sqmm 3.5 core including excavation,refilling of earth work at undergruond cable fault position and making good surfac e at the fault position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting road / hard standing/Plith Protection to depth not exceeding 60 CM and to width not exceeding 45 CM for laying HDPE Pipes and making good the disturbed surfaces by 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge .
