PROVISION OF ELECTRICAL INFRA AND ENHANCEMENT OF HT POWER SUPPLY FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING UNDER GE DSSC WELLINGTON

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of transformer. platform/plinth mounted of capacity 315 KVA step down, 5 star Energy Efficiency, outdoor type, 11.0/0.433 KV, 50 Hz, AC double wound copper type, copper wound, oil immersed type, naturally air cooled with external cooling tubes, transformer delta connection on HT side and star connection on LV side in accordance with vector symbol DyN 11 (vector group-4) with off-load tap changer on HT side to vary secondary voltage (+/-) 7.5% in equal steps of 2.5% as per IS-1180 (Part-1)-2014. The voltage regulation shall be as per IS including first fill of transformer oil upto appropriate level all as per IS-335 complete all as specified and as directed comprising with and including the following specifications :- (a) O1 No cable end box on HT side consisting of 03 Nos porcelain bushing with bushing rods, nuts, washers with cable gland of suitable size for reception of HT 11000 V grade XLPE insulated heavy duty cables including glands complete (b) 01 No cable box on LT side consisting of 03 Nos porcelain bushing with bushing rods, nuts, washers with cable gland of suitable size for reception of LT 1100 V grade XLPE insulated heavy duty cables including glands complete. (c) Oil conservator tank with filler type drain valve and oil level guage (d) Explosion vent with double diaphragm and sight glass (e) Thermometer pocket. (f) Two earthing terminal on tank body to facilitate fixing of 32 6mm Gl strip etc (g) 01 No thermometer dial type, vapour pressure type having range 0 to 120°C with maximum temperature indicator, re setting device and marked maximum temp reading point.

Supply and fix Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11 metres long) complete with CI base including necessary painting complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cross arms bracing supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nut bolt washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including one primer coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pin type porcelain vitreous white/brown insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle two galvanised iron nut 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp suiotable for upto 11 kV outdoor/ indoor type incl;uding necessary connections and fittin gs all as per IS-3070 Part-III and IEC 1994 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Triple pole, mechanically operated (GOD), outdoor type, triple pole, HT 11 kV, 400 Amps, vertical type with 9 insulators mounted with fixed contacts of phosphor bronze and moving contacts of copper, manually operated from ground level with operating mechanism including mild steel galvanised medium grade 25mm bore single length operating rod, pad locking arrangementg including making necessary jumper connections with and including PVC flexible connection pipes duly wrapped colour insulation tapes etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F swing out expulsion fuse single pole (Drop out fuse) with fuse carrier, fuse element mounted on insulator and fitted on steel frame etc for 11000 Volts of capacity 25 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Anti climbing devices; comprising 2.24mm dia galvanised steel 2- strand barbed wire with 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 metre including clamped and properly secured or as ordered complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of Main LT control panel board "out-door type" of size 1200 mm (height) x 1500 mm (breadth) x 500 mm (depth) (minimum dimensions) factory fabricated CPRI approved (type-tested) with suitable neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust & vermin proof & degree of protection not less than IP-55 & general construction confirming to IS-13947, double door, front & back openable. The panel shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation & High grade copper bus-bar wrapped with coloured PVC tape/sleeves of rating in conformity to the Incoming MCCB rating. The panel board shall be fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick (for outer portions) & 2.0 mm thick (for inner portions) CRCA sheet duly pre-treated & powder coated, supporting angle iron frame & MC channel base suitable for 3 Ph, 4 wire system 415/440 volts grade incl complete internal wiring with not less than 2.5 sqmm copper wire incl cable glands of suitable sizes incl suitable PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 foundation, necessary earthwork (if any) & incl the following accessories complete all as specified & as directed (a) Tinned Copper Bus-bars 04 Nos of rating 630 A, duly insulated with 1100 V grade standard colour coded PVC sleeves (b) Digital type Multi-Function meter with built in selector Switch with CTs of -/5A (c) R,Y,B LED Indicator lamp - 01 Set.
