Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position sunken flooors n. exc 15 cm thick (in any floors) unreinforced complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, mass concrete and sunken floor treatments complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ of 1.2 Kg/Sqm including cleaning of surfaces in sunken floor treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, with using liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per 50 kg bag of cement or as per manufracture's instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removing rubbish off the primises out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for light shade vitrified coloured Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed tiles digital coloured ceramic tiles 300x450x7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting and dados set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, dados etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removal of rubbish off the site out side MD land complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for granite (of any colour) 18-20mm thick machine cut, machine polished bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixure of pigment to match the shade of granite stone as in kitchen platform, flooring and all other similar works complete all as specified and directed. Machine grinding / Moulding of sides of granite stone slab of kitchen as in required shape complete all as specified and directed.
