Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions,wall, arches, pillars, man-holes, drain, septic tank, soak well also in foul condition etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work, with fly ash bricks using old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified

M & L for burnt clay brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No.03 but except bricks. NOTE: Old Serviceable burnt clay bricks retrieved from demolition shall be used.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on walls/ceilings etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removing of debris out of mod land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work, concrete surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet and similar article finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item no 06 here-in-before but on other than fair faces.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Cement Base Paint over and including one coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, apron, path, floor and paving finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel gate of any description, size and in any position incl holdfast and accessories etc complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old gate in same opening after making necessary repairs and welding to make it functional with respect to existing ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40sqcm and over in section, in any position as in wooden trusses in framed work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos/fibre cement/PVC sheet (corrugated, semi corrugated, plain etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridges etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of fibre glass reinforced translucent plain/corrugated sheeting 2mm thick with two corrugations side lap fixed with L type or J type cranked hook bolts or coach screw & washer complete all as specified and directed.
