Works Details
Student Chair Specification:- Chair with ergonomic design for user comfort. The seat and back shall be made of moulded polypropylene shell supported on powder coated metal frame. The frame structure shall be supplied with cantilever type made of MS CRCA powder coated 40-60 (DFT) thick tubular pipe of size 38mm x 19mm with 1.6mm with 1.6 mm thick. One nos. footstep shall be welded between both legs for structural support. Grooves handle shall be made the back of the chair for easily keeping and moving of the chair. There shall be PPCP shoe provided at the base to avoid scratches on the floor. The Seat size shall be 400±10mm (D) X 375±10 mm (W) and back size shall be 425+10 mm (W) X 350±10 mm(H) from seat. Overall height shall be =710±10MM, overall depth=510±10mm &overall width=440mm±10mm
Student Desk Specification:- Single seater student table. The top shall be made of 18mm thick Pre-laminated particle board of grade II of IS 12823 with approved laminate. The profile of the table shall be in rectangle shape with round corner and the edges shall be sealed with 2 mm thick thin strip of impermeable PVC that is cut to fit the size of board panel with the assistance of edge banding machine at 200 degree Celsius. The top shall be supported on CRCA powder coated tubular pipe having size 38mm X 19mm with 1.6mm thick. The table shall be supplied with shelf made of powder coated round wires of dia. 5mm and 8 mm. The shelf shall be supported with tubular pipe having cross-section area 38mm X 19mm which is placed between both legs and welded together. The table understructure shall be supplied on cantilever support type frame made of CRCA powder coated pipe having size 38mm X 19mm. One nos. footstep shall be provided between both sides of the leg and welded together. There shall be hooks provided at both side of the table for carrying the bag or bottle. PPCP shoe shall be provided at the base to avoid scratches on the floor as well as uneven flooring. The overall size of the table shall be 600mm (W) x 400mm (D) X 760mm (H)
