Communication & Monitoring the Lift: Lift controller/ Panel shall be Ethernet/Modbus ready with necessary converter, DC Power supply module etc. if required, and there shuld be single Ethernet/Modbus output from the Controller/panel and the same should be connected to BMS (Building Management System) and the controller/ panel should have also required for monitoring of real time data with date & time, maintenance-call back record, Mantrap notice, call records, location of car, Lift room temperature etc. should be noticed & display to in any desktop & mobile though wireless system.

Other works: Necessary cutting of wall/floor for fixing the Fire Alarm switch, all Button switch and also making provision to entry of rope, electric wire etc. as required to complete the job.

Terms & Condition i) The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

ii) Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.

iii) The rate quoted by the manufacturer should be inclusive of all taxes and duties and for providing 2 years DLP after completion of 1 year of initial commisioning.

iv) Rates should be quoted with minor civil works, wall cutting and mending good the damages to the original finish.
