SCHEDULE ’A’ PAR T II (Security fencing, 500.00 RM in length) . Earth work excavation by mechanical means Hydaulic excavator/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (nor exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer -In- Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including struting, propping etc and removal of form for walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, plinth posts etc.

Supplying at site angle iron post and strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10mm dia etc complete 65x65x6mm angle iron post for both iron pillar and strut post.

Fencing with welded steel wire favric fencing with posts of specified material and standard design of size 75mmx 75mm using 4mm dia GI wire.

Extra for providing and fixing FI strip for barbed wire of 40x6mm flat iton section.

Painting with aluminum paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats on new work on chain link fencing.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertinal coil 600mm dia 10 metre openable length (total length 90m) , having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00m apart and with 9 Horizontal (R.B.T reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I staples and G.I clips to retain horizintal, including necessary bolts or G.I barbed wire tied to angle iron all complete as per direction of Engineer- In- Charge.

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be shuttered on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagnols interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 Kg per 100m (minimuim), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for seperately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. 16.18.1 with G.I barbed wire.

SCHEDULE ’A’ PAR T III (lnternal road, 100.00 RM in length) Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 ra, as directed by Engineer-in charge. All kinds of soil.

Supplying and laying aggregate of 90 mm to 45 mm size.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shattering - AIl work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

SCHEDULE ’A’ PART-IV (Retaining wall, 350.00 RM in length) . Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), includig dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying of position cement concrete of specified grade ecliding the cost of centering and shuttering with mix of 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) all work upto plinth level.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarses sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarses sand).

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in Superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) above plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing and laying of cement concrete in cooping of R.R masonry retaining walls of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering with mix of 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto floor five level.

Raised and cut pointing in stone work in white cement mortar mix of 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand).

Supplying and laying stone aggregate of 90 to 45 mm size of WBM with moroum as binding material including 13.2 mm size stone screenig sorting, watering spreading to template, compacting stone aggregate in uniformed thickness and consolodiation with power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity in two layer with proper gradient and camber etc complete (150 mm thick)

Provinding and laying of position cement concrete of specified grade exceeding the cost of centering and shuttering with mix of 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) all work upto plinth level.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleanning etc. Complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
